-2I've placed several orders from Naps over the years and never had a problem, except for once. Not their fault, one of the parcels got nabbed by customs. I just sent copy of notification with new address and they sent another shipment.

Communication was good. Got my tracking number right away. I was expecting around 3 weeks, but it ended up getting here early.
Paid by BTC, so turn around was very quick. Packaging was very generic on the outside, well padded on the inside. I've ordered from these guys a lot over the years. Never had an issue with breakage.
My friend and I have placed a few orders from napsgear.org .. Both times product was g2g .. shipping was average , we plan on placing our next order in a few weeks .

Took about 13 days to receive everything to USA East coast Naps is the best with s/h item very protected! I can't believe the pumps and gains I'm receiving from the dbol. The EQ and test Cup is incredible and probably overdosed I love GP products take 500mg of cyp and 400mg of EQ the products are unreal I have gained 4 pounds in 10 days just eating like a horse. -4Based on the reviews here, I ordered Stanozolol (their brand 'Azolol' and d-bol, Received the Winny got nothing from it, seems fake, I have plenty of experience with gear. I never received the d-bol, stuck in India for weeks. I sound like another source going bad, buyers beware.

Communication and support is the number one reason I keep doing business with Naps. Their live online support staff are always available for any questions and management will do anything and go above and beyond to address any issues. I had order a batch of Alflutop from them and a couple of ampules were damaged during shipping. I contacted support and i had extra replacement ampules on their way in 2 days.
