I am very happy with naps... good source

I have always used Naps in the past without any problems but my last order of 10 hgh kits have been held in NY Customs for over 5 weeks now...making the order about 8 weeks old. Every time I contact their "live" support and put my order number in, tracking information and concerns...they go off-line and require me to send an email. They've emailed me saying they cannot guarantee customs and pretty much I am out over $1,300 now. I would hope that if customs returns the items to China that they would either re-ship 10 kits or refund my money minus charges. All in all I will be hesitant to order from them ever again after 5 years of no issues I cannot risk losing a thousand dollars or more. Stay away for a while I'd say.

Every order I have made from napsgear has arrived so far, and in much less time than expected. However...they sent me a plain sheet with no box at all for the provironos i ordered, no way to check authenticity, and all i can say is it made me very sick, had to leave the gym early i felt like vomiting after each set. ordered some magnum pharma test c 300 and stanol aq 100, both feel either severely underdosed or fake altogether, i really dont know. before realizing the only products anyone should order from naps is GP or dragon pharma, i made some really costly mistakes. I have more stuff coming, and supposed to be GP sustanon, GP test cyp and aromasin. I cant say yet how good the GP or dragon stuff will be but as for what I have bought so far, I would not recommend naps to anyone that is new and doesnt understand which brands can be trusted. the fault really isnt naps, its mine i just wanted to make that clear, but still i think i should be compensated for some of this bunk stuff.

My number one source for everything for the last 5 years. Have never had a problem using naps. Recommend naps to anyone. Easy to use with the step by step payment Intructions. Will definitely use them again in the future and will not go anywhere else. They have earned my trust and my business.

Ive already gained 10 pounds in 3 weeks and my joints feel great, im not holding water and im getting great pumps. the gear is top quality as always and the best part was that they had a black Friday sale and my stuff arrived in under 10 days. Super fast shipping!! I would suggest if you want your gear fast order the dragon pharm brand because it ships from china, for some reason it comes in faster. i have always received my orders within a reasonable amount of time

I’ve used this company 3 times with a large amount of difficulty. My first order got “lost in the mail” and i was never compensated for it. Due to the high ratings and praise from friends and eroids, I gave them another shot. The second one went pretty smooth. Minimal communication and quick delivery (3 weeks from Ukraine). However, for my 3rd order, it seems to have been “lost in the mail” again. If you’re training for a show and have certain deadlines to receive and start your cycles, I definitely do not recommend naps.

Just wanted to let everyone know. I have received my para pharma order. Took a long time but Naps always comes through.

I've settled into a base cycle that has worked well for me, and I last ordered enough from Naps for a few cycles. Now that the cycles are complete, I can comment. I got Geneza products each time, with my base product being their test E/EQ blend. I run that for 14 weeks (3.5 ml/week) and then switch to their Andromix (short esters) for 50 days at 1ml ED. Products are very consistent now over four cycles. For two of the cycles I ran a small dose of NPP100 (350mg/week) along with the test E/EQ. That worked wonders for the joints. I skipped that the last time to try to cut down on costs, and switched up my training a little to save the joints. I'm 38, after all. For the last 40 days of each cycle I ran 50mg/day of Winny. While on cycle I ran 500IU hCG per week and alternated a small dose of nolva and a small dose of exemestane each day. PCT was 32 days of nolva, dropping dosage every 8 days, starting with 40mg and ending with 10mg. I love the consistency of this cycle.

Did any one solved para pharma order problem with naps?

I have an order to received but tracking number they provided is not working and their customer service is basically ignoring this issue.

This is my 2nd time ordering from naps, shipped on the 15th received yesterday. I think this guys are the best in delivery and i will continue to order for them again.

So I ordered 500 dollars or so worth of gear. Para pharma is what i ordered. i recoeved an email from naps 0ct 3 2017 saying my pack had shipped. the 17th of october usps tracking says my package landed in portugal. it is now november 4th and i havent recieved my package in fact it still says its in portugal. Ive contacted naps twice about this and the keep saying just wait international shipping is unpredictable. Also Para pharmas website i can no longer find it looks like Para burned alot of people. but its on napa to make this right id gladly take geneza or kalpa gear in its place.

I have been using napsgear.com for over 4 years now. I have received every order that I thay I have place. Usually takes from the time I order to receive is about 3-4 weeks. I won't use any other company.

Been ordering from Napsgear for over 7 years and no issues. Always great products and good delivery times. I love using Bitcoin as its much easier and no issues.

Having the same issue as everyone in the world with naps who ordered para pharma placed order on the 12th of October money picked up the 17th got a tracking number weeks later that still doesn't work at this point writing them off as a loss never thought I would say this after all the money spent and successful orders they are selective scammers

Ordered 1 x HCG 10000iu + 2 Brand Cabaser via Sun Rise Int. Labs

The good: HCG & Cabaser arrived after 16 days. The products are legit, working well.
The bad: the Para Pharma order just updated to shipped on 10/31, 17 days after payment was processed, and the tracking info I received is also not correct, just like the others here are reporting. I'm extremely worried about this, and have already placed a fill in order with Naps from Geneza, who I know is a very reliable and quality source.

I'm wondering if the demand from Naps customers tanked Para Pharma, or if they're purposefully trying to screw Naps or what, but I sincerely hope Naps does something to make this right - i.e. provides me with the products I purchased from a reliable source, preferably Geneza.

It seems we all are in the same boat. Placed my order on the October 2ne picked my money on the 5th, shipped on the 8th, showed up on the tracking on the 19th. I don't even think it shipped naps never takes this long. 4 emails to support later they tell me to call my post office to track it because it's not traceable in the USA. Bullshit it's not. This has never had happened and I have been ordering for years. All so am saying they better fix this fast it's bulking season and I we don't have our gear!

NAPS customer service literally just put the blame on me in not understanding how the system works with not receiving my gear. The system is NAPS got hit with orders to their Promo that they can't fill and won't compensate for it or admit it; and now it's mine and your loss. I will never use a promo. Very disappointed and I liked this provider.

I've been doing gear for years and self administer TRT since its cheaper and easier than doing it through a doctor. Ordered from Napsgear a few months ago for the first time. Got their Geneza Pharma sustanone for TRT purposes, Test E and some Dbol for my next bulking cycle. Have been extremely happy with the service and products. Haven't done the bloodwork while on the gear, but could definitely tell that stuff was legitimate. Sex drive went up just a week after first Sustanone injection, my sense of wellbeing and mood have improved and strength started going up 3-4 weeks into It at 250mgs twice per week. When work slowed down I started my Test E + Dbol cycle. Was pretty happy with the results. Could definitely tell Dbol was real and not Methyltestosterone which is often sold by dishonest suppliers as Dbol. I always get the same ED side effect from Methyltestosterone. This wasnt the case here. Overall great experience. Fast shipping. Prices maybe slightly higher than others, but I don't mind since I know the gear is gonna be legit.

I have ordered from Naps before and was satisfied, though this para pharma situation and order has become very disappointing. I have been offered free gear, but feel that if you can't provide my order how can you guarantee freebies. Naps should replace products with other providers and discontinue para pharma relations.

I have been with naps for a while now. I believe going on 2 years. And Some order have taken a long time (5 – 10 weeks) and I have had orders get to me in 2 weeks. Seem like they have been having shipping issues as of lately.

Was told last week moved to a different warehouse and offered compensation which I declined as been in this game since 2003 ordering online. Was told product will ship end of week.
Check today Oct 31 (tuesday) - nothing shipped.
Chat represent gives different reason that preshipment security cannot be rushed and told shipping end of this week.
3x wait time specified in site counting only business days.
Counting all days 15 days since money picked up.

For now I will still recommend NAPS as only heard good things but I think para pharmacy needs to be dropped and orders compensated with same amount of gear ordered from other suppliers. I have a feeling this is going to be some bunk crap or poorly put together rushed order.

on the 6th will be 1 month since ordering 1 item has been sent out of the 13 and it is bunk , I have opened several tickets and I get an different answer everytime now it says its been shipped 13 days after they accepted payment..says shipped on the 18.....which is 14 days ago and the tracking says there preparing to receive shipment......The last ticket they said give it a few more days then they will look into it...so basically going on 1 month with just a bunch of different answers I have always had good success with Naps inn the past maybe this last promo just overwelmed them ...fingers crossed...I know how this works and in no way did I expect to have my order by now but at least have it in route to me, because usually after it ships it takes about 15 days to arrive ....until then we shall see Ill keep checkin the site every couple days for updates

Im Having the same thing with my ParaPharma order. It took 15 days to ship after payment was recieved..Now its been shipped about 10 days but the tracking info they gave me does not work. It hasnt done anything since Ive gotten it. Ive always loved naps but starting to get worried they gave me a bogus tracking number just to shut me up awhile. I also have a buddy going threw the same thing except its been 3 weeks since they've picked up his funds and still has not shipped. Theyre giving him the run around too. They told him parapharma is backed up and theyre shipping the max legal amount allowed per day. Wtf does that even mean. Come on naps..You guys need to fix this..Your concerning alot of old time loyal customers. Im very iffy if this order will even come at all. It should have been here by now.

Having the same problem everybody else is having seems like with para pharma. Been two weeks since they took my money and every time I contact them they say a few more days and it will ship and said they can't refund my money to buy another brand. Still waiting for it to ship.

Hello i am having the same problem with the para pharma shipment been about 25 days since its been processed with no more further progress, i love naps buts its kinds getting out of hand at this point, getting the run around.
