On 10/28, I ordered some Para Pharma test cyp. Never arrived. Customer service keeps telling me they'll replace it with comparable Dragon Pharma test cyp, but that just doesn't seem to be happening. Surprising another seller hasn't tried to gain new customers by offering an incentive to any eroids users who were shafted by napsgear.

Hey there writing a review on the past couple orders I placed with Naps Gear. First off have to say thanks for everything guys, all the input and useful information they provided me help me get to where I am today. Again This is a no hassle, quick and easy way to order your AAS. I have obtained about three orders in the past month and every single time the customer support has been there to assist me. Even though some of my packages came a bit later I was still very thankful. Packages would normally take 1-3 weeks. Very good shipping quality and stealth packaging. Naps is very responsive. I've rarely waited more than a day for an email response, and their online chat support is great if you catch them at the right time. Issue resolution has been mixed. In one case, the product was obviously under dosed (150mg Tren ED with no sides, little effect at all, which may have actually been attributable to the test c I was taking with the tren). they wouldn't do anything at all without me sending the product to a lab in Europe to have it tested. I was very disappointed with this. it makes no sense to pay to ship product to the lab, and then pay for the lab report, just to try to recoup what you've already lost. On the other hand, I had a customs seizure on my 2nd order and sent them a photo of the letter. they responded by saying that I needed to send every page of the letter, but by that point I had thrown it away (who keeps a piece of paper around saying you've broken the law?). After some back and forth, however, they gave me credit for both the product and shipping, which was great. I currently am trying to resolve an issue regarding an order I placed a week and a half ago. It's coming in two packages, one arriving today, and the other hasn't even shipped yet. I've emailed them to see if I can cancel and perhaps re-order using a different brand since there seems to be stock issues with this brand.
Superb packaging. Discrete on the outside, original packaging on the inside, providing some level of confidence that I was receiving legit product.
I selected the option of not recommending naps, but only because there's not a "mixed opinion" option. Depending on this next order, I may indeed recommend and just advise that people order product that has published tests on the site.
Generally mixed opinion of Naps. Great customer response, mixed issue resolution, and product quality issues. I don't necessarily hold all of this against them as I imagine I'd probably find similar issues elsewhere, but I've spent over $3K and still haven't received satisfactory product (crossing fingers on this most recent order). If this recent order is under dosed, I'm going to have to try somewhere else. I'm hoping it's good, though, as there are a lot of other things I like about Naps.

Tracking information was provided after about a month of purchase, I was promised free goods would be included. That tracking sat with zero activity in Portugal since 11/6 and is still sitting. I was told they would send replacement Dragon Pharma product instead, I was provided with another tracking number that also has zero activity. I am patient and do realize it is the holiday's and shipping takes longer than usual.

I have waited some time to write this review and feel it's time to elaborate why. I have ordered from Napsgear a total of 4 times. Each time there was some discrepancy. Wrong products sent twice, one time taking up to three months, zipcode was printed incorrect 3 times which turned into a nightmare trying to catch the package at the post office before it was returned to shipper. Then having to wait on replacement package. After the first time of having my package returned for wrong zipcode, I has spoke with customer service time make sure that Napsgear had my correct shipping address. I never wrote a negative review since Napsgear was great at sending out replacement package. This happened twice more. This gets me to my last package. Which leads to my reasoning of writing this review. After some a very long time of refecting and going through a harsh break-up with my ex I have decided to order more gear. I still have the gear I had order from this time last year that was never used because it was all crystalized. 3 out of 4 bottles. I have warmed them up, tried several things and nothing seemed to have worked. On top of the fact it took a great deal of time to get my package and the fact I was getting out of toxic relationship I decided to just take my loss at the time. This leads me to the now. Napsgear is the only company I have used and although I have always seemed to have some type of issue. One thing g remains constant. Napsgear was always polite and seemed to always want to make things right. So I guess this is a review and a question. Am I just unlucky with my orders and is there others that have had problems with crystalazation with there products.

The package almost always arrives within 2-3 weeks, in perfect conditions, the gear is well packeg and concealed in wrapping. The package contents are very hard to figure out, I live in states and I order everything directly to my apartment and have never had an issue with their shipping or items arriving damaged.

The key for me is patients, Like I mentioned I have always received my order one way or another. One of my package was seized by customs. Naps required a copy of the letter etc. It took a while for upper management to approve a reship but eventually they did and I had to supply a different address and name and they did reship and I received my package. Naps replaced everything no questions asked. Can you imagine how many scammers try to scam Naps every day? I had to Do a few different things to get replacements shipped. I was freaking out but Naps were always patient and professional. They have you prove your case due to all the liars and cheats that they have to deal with everyday.
