-1Don't order from NAPS!! I ordered along with a bunch of friends Oct 1st 2017. Fake tracking numbers were giving for a fake Promo that never existed!! They guarantee you that they will re-ship any order not received in 30 days, that's a lie too! They respond for a while to your messages to string you along and tell you things you want to hear and then all of a sudden they stop responding. Any good reviews you read are fake too! They are staged here to try and save there score. Please do not fall victim and order from this fake company unless you don't care about your money. My buddies and I ordered from other top sites here since and already received our gear so please don't order from NAPS just shop around.

-1I'd like to take the time to write a review on my latest NAPS order.
I had previously stuck with some geneza products, which worked absolutely great, but this time I decided to swap over to Dragon seeing that NAPS was offering there product of the week and I figured why not. So I went with the Tren A 100mg from Dragon and it worked great. The delivery was quick and discreet as always and I definitely see myself using NAPS again in the near future!

I have been ordering from napsgears for several years now. Usually without problems. Once about two years ago I sent funds and something went wrong and I never got my money back or any product. This time I placed and order in early Oct. almost two months ago. I noticed the tracking was not working. After a month I emailed and was told they would send another order. It has been over a week now and they keep telling me to wait a few more days. I will keep you informed.

I did not get the HCG and Naps gave me the full credit for the shipping and the price of the product. 4 months later I made another purchase and made a reference about the credit, I thought they would not honor but sure enough, i got an email asking to pay only the adjusted amount.
I paid with bitcoins and in 24h I got and updated status that the order was on its way.
The team and the process gets better and better in each order I place. I just place one order this week.
The package is very discrete in manila envelope. Other than the HCG from India that never arrived everything else was fast in less than 2 weeks.

I'm from Denmark and I've used Naps a lot in the past. I got a little tired of what my local dealer had to offer so I thought I'd try Naps once more and see what the new brands they have are about.
First off and after 5 weeks my package was considered lost and I didn't receive. Thankfully Naps contacted me and were aware of this, and offered me a reship which only took 1 week for arrival.

This review is for an order placed 3 months ago. This was my first order from NAPS ands my order was split into two shipments. Both arrived safely and faster than expected. I did have to contact them because it seemed like half of my order was not shipped but my question was answered quickly and all was ok. Overall a great experience. Another Safe and Fast order from naps. This time I tried Dragon Pharma product line. Purchased Test Cyp 250 and Masteron 200. I can definitely feel no lapse from the test. The Masteron hasn't given me the "hardness" yet that I have hoped for. I will continue to use for its help with estrogenic properties. Order to door about 12 days. I can't complain, Naps has always done me right!

I started out at 5'5", 170 lbs and ended at 200 lbs I saw major strength gains and picked up weight in no time. My appetite went through the roof and allowed me to devour roughly 6,000 calories a day while on cycle and still feel hungry. Everyone I go to school with noticed the difference in my body because I had started my cycle a couple weeks prior to school starting. It was pretty fun to receive the "Bro do you use steroids?" question during my whole first week of this semester. Can't wait to get my next shipment in from them.

In the process of an issue now dealing with Para out of Portugal. I never received my order and tracking is not functioning.
I do feel confident Naps will resolve and I will continue using them.

I think naps is just having a problem over there in Portugal or something.. the company has always done me right and always supplied me great gear at better prices than the other guys.

Naps has always done me right... been using for 3 years, maybe two orders a year.
I'm not changing sources until they do me wrong or I find someone cheaper with the same gear.
I have been ordering from Naps for the last two years. I have always recieved my order one way or another. I have seen many complaints on this forum in regards to Naps. Like I mentioned I have always received my order one way or another. Let me clarify what I mean. Once my package was seized by customs. Naps required a copy of the letter etc. It took a while for upper management to approve a reship but eventually they did and I had to supply a different address and name and they did reship and I received my package. another time I ordered 3 EQ and test cyp. mix. there was something wrong with it as each time I injected I received large bumps and they got infected. Naps replaced everything no questions asked. Recently my package was delivered to the wrong address but tracking showed delivered. Naps required me to have USPS supply me with a letter stating that it was delivered to another address which I did and Naps replaced my shipment. Can you imagine how many scammers try to scam Naps every day? I had to jump through hoops at times to get replacements shipped. I got pissed and voiced my anger at Naps but they were always patient and professional. They have you prove your case due to all the liars and cheats that they have to deal with everyday. Naps has always taken care of me when I have followed their advice on what I have to do.

The supplier (Napsgear.org) packaging and T/A was excellent. The vials were well wrapped and made sure not to be damaged during transit from overseas. Packaging had no logos on the box to keep such personal items just that, personal.
I've been using NapsGear for several years now. After a number of bad experiences receiving dud gear from other sources, I decided to give them a try, even though they were based in the US and would require international shipping.

Generally very good, although I had some issues recently with not being able to get a clear answer to a simple question about product expiry dates through their online ticketing system.
All orders have arrived within 10 days from the US, in plain packaging which is adequately padded to protect the contents.
I've never had a single problem with an order not arriving, and they usually turn up in around a week.
When you require product for a medical purpose such as TRT, you just want to know the place you are ordering from is reliable, and will deliver a good quality product consistently. I have that confidence with NapsGear.

Para Phara Promo purchaser here....Ordered Oct. 14th....Didnt get tracking until Nov. 10. and hasnt moved from Origin Preparing for Shipment. This experience has been different from every other time with Naps. Something changed and its not good.

That's what you get from this place currently, they were cool for the last couple years that I have ordered from them. Sure there were a few hiccups but they were receptive and worked with you to correct it...Not anymore.
Avoid them...The positive reviews here are a little questionable at this point. I have no confidence that I will see the product at this point. Just waiting it out..........

Packaging and safety has always been taken well care of by Naps. Although I have had trouble with other sources before (broken vials, seized packaged, wrong products) Naps seems to have it all down to a good system. All my gear arrived in about 12 days, everything was packed safely and discreetly.
There are many sources out there, many reviews and labs but Naps just wont EVER fail you. You wont ever have to worry about it being legit or it being real. Naps will always deliver satisfaction and they have the widest range of products to choose from.

Well after 30 days and 3 different options to replace my order they are telling me they sent me the wrong tracking number lol. Naps collected my money early October. And shipped 3 days later. I did not get the tracking number for another week in half so mid October. How can they screw up my shipping that bad and say it shipped in November lol. So tired of getting the run around. Eroids made them and they are not exiting well. Good luck keeping all your customers after this Parma Parma promo and so many other missed orders
