I need some opinions on this. Im really imbarressed and it took alot for me to even post this picture because I just don't understand how it happened. I got blood work done and my estro wasn't even high so im not sure what happened but recently it looks more and more like im developing gyno. I at first thought it was because of my ruptured bicep that my left chest was just larger than my right but now im starting to think otherwise. I have checked for lumps or anything that feels different from the other side and I don't feel anything. As I understand it your estro has to be high to devolope gyno right? Im taking aromasin at 12.5 ed split. I did switch my decca to a different lab but I would believe that gyno would come from the test. Im nice and fat also so the picture looks really bad but im running a true dirty heavy bulk and will cut back down after cycle with an eca stack.
Could it just be a fat deposit in my chest or do you guys believe that its definitely gyno.
I've never had a gyno scare I've had high estro and took it back down but never looked like this.
Im ready to hear your opinions hit me with the truth please im already depressed about this so you won't hurt my feelings.
Also this is without any pumps it was first thing this morning.

I was 227 in that pic now im 202lbs lean abs are starting to pop. Im really happy now it did turn out not to be gyno

It's just a swollen mammory gland I'm sure. When you think somethings there you will poke and prod it just don't mess with it ... if it's gyno you will know it because at least in my experience it can be painful itchy etc 30 says of 10 mg nolvadex it's gone.
Also your bf is getting high that's all a lil puffiness will go away after cycle even if you are trt when you drop your dose back down run nolvadex like I mentioned above.
Injuries will set ya back a lil looks like the misses is feeding you good haha bulk on bulk on

I very much appreciate that I will be posting my cutting routine soon and then in 6wks I will post a updated pic for everyone to see.
My cutting routine is pretty good but im sure everyone can help me tweak a couple of things.
I will post it on Sunday

Go on 20 mg nolva ed , 50mg proviron ed , 250-500 mg test ew , no anti es and diet very hard

You need diet one time very hard to single digits then all your problem is solved :-)

This is exactly the plan drop decca run trt dose test then pct out and cut cut cut.
In 6wks I will post a progress pic im also going to post a diet forum. To get some tweaking done to my cutting routine.

I hope so if its just fat no problem i planned on cutting down after the heavy bulk it looks like im going to cut the bulk a few weeks earlier and start the cutting now.
Im going to post progress in 6wks

Bro I think you have not gyno my option for you take pharma quality proviron in the cycle 50mg/day.I can use always the best thing and take in your hands Nolvadex.
Never use UG proviron or UG nolvadex and UG clomid.
Pharma quality all the time!

Im actually using ugl brand Proviron thats amazing. I am using pharma grade clomiphene and Nolvadex though always.

You need to develop a good diet and training routine. There used to be a great diet section here. If its not too active post up a forum post and ill chime in along with a few others and get you hooked up brother.

I will post a type of diet log i guess I will post up my pic and then 6wks updated pic but I will write it up tomorrow so I can post my normal cutting routine and then we can all work on tweaking it.

This is how I also have always bulked multiple meals usually 6 for me heavy meals. Spread out but the intermittent fasting seems like more of a cutting type of diet. Getting everything in you during your 8hrs your most active its an interesting diet and im going to really consider it but it will take alot for me to eat my last meal around 2-3pm especially after a hard workout with heavy cardio but thats where it will work.

I know it wasn't an issue but I don't have a copy of my blood work its in my file at my docs office. I had been taking .25 caber 2x a wk. Once it came back low I backed off and I have taken it 3x since you think that it could be prolactin issues?
Should I start my caber again thats something I didn't even consider because it was low on the test and since I still used some caber I didn't think anything about it.
I did change the decca and that definitely could have pushed it right up I've got about 90 tabs of caber so do you think I should start my 2x a wk atleast for another couple of weeks im dropping the decca?

It's hard to say without seeing a new blood panel. Personally, my prl can rise quickly if I'm using a quality nandrolone. If I don't have caber dialed in I can get puffy areolas or as my girlfriend would say, "my areolas look feminine."

It could be an issue caused from other factors as well, or as some have said it could be nothing at all. It could be from water retention or an increase in fat. I would say you'd be best off getting that combo panel done from privatemdlabs that is basically the menopause panel and prl. You don't want to take a medication like caber unless necessary and you want to take the right dose. It's hard to get a bearing of what that might be without the lab work.

Edit; dropping the deca and lowering test as you mentioned elow is a great plan of action. I wouldn't advise using the caber unless your bloods come back and your prl is excessively high. Letting you body reach a state closer to homeostasis without pulling your levels on different direction through the influence of drugs will be better for a longer term balance.

I agree i almost took a caber last night when I read your post but I pulled back because I don't think its that but you could have hit it on the head just got bloods but I did switch decca so those bloods are false

I'm not seeing gyno either you're just going to have to buckle down and work your ass off and cut out any junk food or what ever food that isn't being used up and is spilling over on your frame.....

There is nothing to be embarrassed about at all if someone says it is there full of shit anyway we all have fell off the horse just need to dust yourself off and get back on.....

I don't know if I can use the injury as a reason its been almost 1.5yrs. It still isn't what it used to be my right arm is about only 80% if I put my arms straight out you can see that my right bicep is even shorter than the left but I think I just went a little to far with this bulk my diet was crazy heavy I've been eating so much my wife is complaining about the shopping bill nothing else thats rare lol
Im going to pull off this cycle slowly drop my test down and drop the decca.
Then switch my whole diet and routine back to cutting.

Props for putting up the pic, i was able to drop 33lbs by cutting the carbs not completely but really dropping them and did my best to get them in before 2ish. But I train very early and my big meals were all then as well. Just hit that cardio man. Keep up the weight training but make yourself sweat. Nothing but water to drink. Its a bitch but can be done. I wouldnt mind dropping a bit more bf myself and it seems like everyone agrees on intermittent fasting, I'll have to read up on that as well. Keep us posted.

I've been eating like an animal that stopped today back to fasted cardio every morning.
I hate not bulking but you can see it went a little to far this cycle lol
I appreciate your help brother carbs down protien down fats down cals deficient again. Im going to drop to trt dose of test only drop off the decca and once the decca clears drop the test and pct.
All I drink is water with mio electrolytes and I've recently taken up coconut water to help with hydration. Ive been reading about this intermittent fasting im going to see about maybe implementing that also.

im also in the same boat not cycling no more until get bodyfat alot lower yours doesnt look like gyno though as pale said you would know its painful your more likely looking at fatty deposits.

Brother Pale nailed it brother Gettingbig, body fat percentage is to high! Personally, I don't see gyno, just fat deposits! I just read an article in M&F where Terry Crews utilizes intermittent fasting! He has an eight hour window to consume his meals and fasts the other sixteen hours. My approach is somewhat similar to this and this is how I keep body fat to a minimum in my older years!
