Ive been told my gear should be here in less than a week...been training really hard..im stronger than i've been in a long time...I'm still having trouble hardening up my triceps though ...i do skull crushers, push downs, dips, reverse pull downs, close hand push ups...a bunch of other exercises too for a total of 10 sets....yet still not hard ugh! im hopin the var will help with this...any suggestions im open...:)

Somewhere subconsciously I think that men may look at you and think you have a healthy, fertile, shape which in turn may pass on good genetics to your children. Its impressive that you have retained this (youthful) shape. You could put that picture on a dating site and attract 18 year old guys all day long.

People fell into panic over this silly radio bit. I think people were predictable and easy to manipulate then. You pay some women or (girls) to act hysterically and others fall into place. Try doing skull crushers with the cables using an incline bench and add in some drop sets.. My wife and I did this morning and we destroyed are triceps. My wife just started her 1st var cycle last week and is loving it @10mg a day.
