I really like strong women. My daughter has the genetics to be very cut up and strong. I was taking her to the gym and she was a natural. Beautiful squared shoulders like you. She had killer biceps and calves. She got criticized by one of my wife's (soon to be ex) friends as being too bulky. I say BS on that!!!..My daughter looked great. She was lean and ripped. The wife's friend doing the criticizing looks like a good stiff wind could take her down. Man I was so upset because now my daughter won't step foot in a gym. I'm glad you stuck with it for 25 years and ignored the criticism from other women. Their just jealous !!!
To be honest i dont think other women criticized me that i know of anyway....maybe strangers but all the girls in the gym are so cool with each other and inspiring....give yr daughter my email ill straighten her out right away...ill have her parading her ass all around the gym and all the bitches will be dyin inside....i hate haters ugh! girls are so impressionable and have so much pressure on them to look a certain way....i have never given a fuck i've always owned my muscles and it took me a while, but eventually fully owned my sexuality and NEVER apologize for it or try to conform! i can only hope yr daughter will learn this in time because its soooo empowering!
The before is from when i was 17 lol i've been lifting for 25 years! Tell yr wife squats are absolutely the best exercise for firming up yr legs & ass! and pls tell her it does not make yr ass big it makes it round and firm ;)
