work out tris bi's shrink?

ad

I have a dilemma I swear If I work out my triceps my biceps shrink and won't grow. I was getting alright gains and decided to maximize my arms size by working out my triceps as well.

Well that was a mistake because literally right after working out my triceps my biceps lost almost all of there size.

Can this be possible or am I just imagining things?

My biceps seems to have a very hard time growing. I literally do as much exercises I can for them and they still aren't where I want them to be yet.

My main problem is my grip gives out before I can truly start working them out. So I try various techniques to try to overcome this.

Like 5 reps of moderate to heavy weight with a slow tempo followed by light weight supersetted but still it seems like some days at certain angles they look okay but deflate again soon after. And my biceps peak and forearms seems to completely get neglected when even when doing isolation exercises for them.

You might also be overtraining, not getting enough rest outside of the gym, as well as possibly not consuming enough protein And calories. Just a thought.

also maybe your grip strength gets beat up on other training days. Using the "death grip" on shrugs or bench press , shoulder press, something?

You only have so much blood to get pumped into muscles. So the blood is going to the muscle that needs it the most.

Your grip wears out? Maybe you can try and stick to less than 10 sets for arms. If you have to do more, your either not training them with correct form, or your not working them hard enough.

I would start with a cable pull/push down. Seated or standing. Go for 1 set of 20, rest 30 seconds. 2 sets of 15, than go into your bi routine and in between sets you can go for 3 rep sets with pull pushdown.
Im not really sure if your talking about "pump" or actual muscle gain/loss. If it is the latter than yes this is all in your head.

have you ever though of using igf-des? my friend used some for his chest and biceps.
and it made them grow like crazy.
Do some research on igf-des it might help out if you cant find something else naturally or routine/ form wise.

sometimes I do sometimes I do both sometimes just light.

Lately I have been doing really like and just trying to get squeeze the most amount of blood in the positive portion of the rep.

I think I have CTS.

I really want to try HGH to see if it alleviates the CTS but I hear it also bring temp CTS.

My wrist, hands and forearms are really small.

I've also thought of using straps, I will definitely consider all your guys suggestions thanks.
