ad

hey guys just putting this up here, John Meadows is a very smart guy especially in regards to training. here is a video of a recent seminar that he did where he talks about his methods of training and how he builds a routine. its a series of videos but its all very informative.

no need for any karma or anything just reposting them here. lots of valuable information i thought people might appreciate.

I was watching a video about him just the other day. hes training his back 3 times a week this offseaon to bring it up to par, he just stopped with the crazy volume, partials, rest pause etc and just does lower volume and straight sets so he can recover for the next one. I think im gonna do something similar with my chest. I always felt that frequency trumped volume but that means i have to pair muscle groups and i really enjoy just training 1 muscle a day, ill train chest with delts just so i can cut down my training to 4 days in the offseason but even thats tough.
