Help with split

ad

Hey guys, I'm trying to play around with a new split to do for the next few months, just to change it up. I am thinking between these two:

Option A:
Monday- Back and traps AM - PM HIIT, abs and calves
Tuesday- Chest, tri, light Bi AM
Wednesday - Quads AM - PM HIIT abs and calves
Thursday - Shoulders, Bi, Light tri
Friday - Hams, Abs, Calves
Saturday - Self-myofascial release (foam rolling), HIIT cardio
Sunday - OFF

Option B:
Monday- Back and traps AM - PM HIIT, abs and calves
Tuesday- Chest, tri, light Bi AM
Wednesday - Quads AM - PM HIIT abs and calves
Thursday - OFF
Friday - Shoulders, Bi, Light tri Abs and Calves
Saturday - Hams, Abs, Calves, and HIIT
Sunday - OFF

Goals: WIll be bulking with a slight calorie surplus. Both of these optoions are fine with my schedual. I never felt Like I overtrain with 6 days straight, but I'm down to try anything different. Thanks in advance for opinions.

Thanks guys. I think I'll go with option A, simply for the added volume. I like only having one day off, and might as well be for football season.

Nothing wrong with 6 day weeks, everybody's different but me personally I have never found less to be more, you get what you put in, both options look good to me, good luck

Did you ever try a 3 day split. Like chest/back, shoulders/arm, legs? Takes about 2 hours to get a good workout. 6 days a week, hitting everything twice a week. I like your option a though. If I could go in twice a day id run that for a while

Boom +2!! That's Arnolds favorite layout, won him 6 of his 7 Olympias.. I follow it myself, very productive when you really push and stick to it.
