Diet on HGH

ad

Hey guys just wanted to get insight on any experienced GH users and their diets. I am aware that I shouldn't eat for about an hour after injection... What diets have you all followed with results?

Currently 5 months on Norditrpin at 2-3ius a day. Dose early AM at 630, and doing fasted cardio. I typically eat 45mins after I finish cardio. Then I lift around 3PM. Would a Fasted DIet work better, or carb-backloading?

Trying to trim up by 3-4% bf, while keeping mass,

Partly correct I believe.
Higher blood sugar will "blunt" natural gh production.
But in this case you are artificially introducing hgh into your system, so, no worries.

I agree with this. seems there is some confusion about natural vs synthetic growth hormone in regards to when one can eat.

when using growth you dont need to worry about cals but there are other factors with regards to insulin sensitivity i dont fully understand so i cant talk about it.

The not eating an hour after Gh is news to me. Never heard of that before, not saying your wrong just saying never heard that.

I've been reading that if you inject Sub-q that it can blunt insulin sensitivity for 2-3 hours, therefore the body wont efficiently work with nutirnts

So the question why do so much profie bodxbuilder use insulin right befor. Heh because insulin or sugar is needed for creating igf1. From hgh you lose only fat but with sugar or insulin you can bulk up without getting to fat

So then dosing GH with simple carbs right before lifting would be best for gains?

For me it works
