Critique my training program?

I'm currently doing a pretty standard PPL about 6 days a week, I throw rest days in when needed and just continue on to the next day in the rotation (ie I dont care what day of the week legs or chest lands on, I just keep going in order)
3 sets per exercise in a rep range from 6-20 depending on the movement, but always taking sets to failure within every excercise. I do 30 minutes of cardio most days, depending on time and energy.
Push day:
Incline bench
Dumbell side delt raises
Cable rear delts
Machine flys
Tricep variations x5 sets (ex 3 sets skull crushers, 3 sets vbar pushdowns)
Pull day:
Dumbell rows x2
Machine rows x3
Pull down with various grips x5 (or weighted pullups)
Dumbell strict curl
Preacher curl
Facepull
Leg day:
Leg press
Quad extension
Seated hamstring curl
Standing calf raise
Abductors OR glute focused thrust machine
(Can't squat or deadlift, back and leg problems)

Now I have been thinking about adding a 4th day that goes as follows, to improve some weak areas and mix it up a bit.
I'll call it... Accessory day:
Reverse grip ez bar curls
Wrist roller or Dumbell wrist curls/extensions
Low back extensions
Kneeling rope crunches
Some variation of leg raises
20-30 minutes of prescribed physio moves for my buggered up leg

Let me know what you guys think and what you would change, and if adding the 4th day seems like a good plan Smile
