Time for a damn drink!
ad
Drinking on cycle? Stupid.
Drinking at all is stupid.
However... today I need a God damn drink.
I track my drinking, well I track just about everything. I'm a bit obsessive. 66 days since the last one and tonight I'm having 12.
99 days till the next one sounds like a good number. I like multiples.
Whats your hangover cure?

Shit should be a schedule one drug, this dude talks wrecked about the number one legal killer but when I wanna take 1mg Mtren I’m a fucking dickhead
Fuck that shit dude, be the status quo and run gear and drink it won’t workout for you that’s a 100% told you so
If you want to go get hammered into oblivion, fucking do it, BUT make sure you got someone there to regulate things, have a ride lined up, and don’t do anything fucking dumb; and IF you do get into a fight, a DUI, or anything else for that matter. Don’t say you weren’t warned by everyone here.
I heard some liver is a good thing to have ;)) jk
AK80Taking some Animal Pak vitamins before you pass out helps. In the morning, Gatorade and Aleve. Hair of the dog choices would be either a bloody Mary or a Michelada. I purposely skip orals like Anadrol & Anavar on the weekends because on vacation or in the summer, drinks happen. Longest I've gone without smoking, drinking and taking Adderall was about 1 year. Just by stopping all that alone, I gained 10 pounds in the first 5 days naturally. Make sure you're getting your NAC, TUDCA and milk thistle in!
I’m an outlier here I get it. As I’ve mentioned before my wife and I hit it pretty hard every Saturday. I miss maybe 1 day at the gym every 6 months, have a successful career, 3 kids, saved enough to retire many years early. You do you! Personally the obsessive discipline some have around this hobby doesn’t work for me. Just a guess but could be why I am on 40 years 6 days a week without any breaks except for vacations. I enjoy working out. Working out is not my life.
I don’t drink but I heard if you take injectable glutathione before drinking that you get no hangover at all
Why Do you need a Drink? For what?
That makes as much sense as me saying I need a shot of Heroin.
What is a drink (Nothing more than a glass of drugs) gonna to sort out or fix, that remaining sober, having something to eat and a good nights sleep not going to resolve much better.
I agree with you buddy, but not everyone is like us. There’s plenty of people that can have a drink, or a few, and just keep on going with their lives, not sitting on the shower floor at 6AM chasing straight vodka to get rid of the shakes and stop throwing up. Not everyone has that cursed gene, I wish I didn’t, but I do. Now if he said “I really need a Valium” I’d be right on board lol
My coworker and friend, a guy who taught a lot of us everything we know died on the job yesterday for one, and two, I don't need a reason to indulge myself once and a while. I'm not an idiot. I know it's a toxic horrible drug with no upsides. It's even in my post. That's why I only drink once a month max. Just took two months off. Next time I'll do 3.
Sorry if this came off unfriendly, not my intention. I just feel a belittled somehow, and that could honestly be the alcohol.
Sorry for your loss brother. As a former alcoholic with zero judgement. The questions I always asked myself before drinking. Is it worth it and why? I've lost a lot of things in life due to drinking and the decisions I made intoxicated. not trying to make this about me by any means. Just want to help you bro. It sets you back and if you let it can set you back days, months and years. Even a couple drinks made me feel like shit the next day and my training sessions were trash.. Hell I couldn't perform 100% for my family or work. I hope this helps brother! Stay strong my friend!
anvilNever judged here brother, just our own opinions. I freed myself of vices. People that pass on, I celebrate their lives but destroying weight piles and remembering them. Everyone deals with loss differently, just keep an open mind as there is other ways to cope. Sorry for your loss.
I am Very Sorry to hear about your friend buddy, I didn't realise this had happened. But this is the problem mate that I am kind of trying to get at here - by having a drink its going to make you feel even more sad about the situation and you will dwell on the event a lot more. It opens up your mind a lot more to feelings and emotions which right now are at their highest because you are grieving. By remaining sober minded you will actually find you remain stronger minded, and can deal with the situation more easily - even though it is still horrible. You can see things clearer and the reality of the situation is less distorted
KonstantViktoryThe biggest thing here bro is QUALITY. You can enjoy a drink OCCASIONALLY and still manage ahead. If anything in good health. Pick a decent bottle of something high quality, like Gin or Whiskey. Not the cheap stuff. Something QUALITY. Should be good to get a nice heavy buzz occasionally. With this protocol.
ALWAYS stay hydrated and cure up before, during, and after with electrolytes. Make sure to plan for a full 8 hours of sleep afterwards and stay on track with nutrition. Don't NOT eat a good healthy meal during/after the alcohol consumption period and always have a good breakfast planned after the sleep.
Frontload magnesium carbonate and an electrolyte supplement and keep some tums on hand, or more magnesium carbonate. Zero sour stomach. Activated charcoal before bed can work wonders too. Stay drinking fluids throughout the night and if you need to, throw up after the party is over. Then replenish with a fatass glass of milk and nice steak. Lol.
For real though, food, hydration, and magnesium carbonate+ electrolytes can really sheild your body and help with any alcohol poisoning symptoms/hangover. Also the quality of the alcohol, again, makes a huge huge difference.
Peace, and have fun, stay safe, and ALWAYS have a DD if you plan on needing transportation.
