Athlean X
ad
Have any of you guys seen Jeff Cavalier and AthleanX?? Just youtube athlean X and a bunch of his home videos come up. Yeah yeah, he's kind of cheesy but the dude knows what he's talking about. He comes up with some new angles and workouts to break up the every day grind. My buddy bought his program, (not worth it) but just watching some of his videos gave me some new shit to try out at the gym. Let me know what you guys think.
