Yummy Bulking Shake

ad

I've been working on a high calorie shake for my husband, this tastes good but I could use some advice on making it better. Most of the sugar comes from the banana.

I posted this somewhere else on here but forgot, so here it is... It's similar

1 cup greek yogurt
2 tbsp pb
1 banana
1 raw egg (optional, but I like my vitamins)
1 cup ground oats (done in a coffee grinder)
1 tsp splenda
1 tsp vanilla extract
2% or whole milk, fill close to the top

I swear I'm addicted to these... haven't had anything else for breakfast for over a year.

I do kinda the same thing, 1 cups oats grinded into powder, 1-2 tbsp of natural peanut butter, 2 scoops whey and 1.5-2 cups whole milk. East 1200 cals, taste good and the sources of carbs fat and protein are all great compared to store bought mass gainers loaded with sugar.

You don't worry about all the fat in the normal peanut butter? I'm trying to help my other half, he has a hard time hitting macros especially when he's at work.

It's monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fat which is extremely benifical. There's like 10-12g per serving which is perfect for a meal.
