molasses Chipotle salmon

ad

Most everything I cook has a lot of spice the molasses is just a small binder. I use unpastureised honey a lot in cooking but was out so went with molasses,Cause I had it. To my surprise it turned out great. I might get slammed cause of sugar but it's natural. I poured half a cup in bowl n brushed the salmon then heavily coat with Chipotle spice. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top line baking dish with olive oil Place in 350 deg oven for 20 min. I also take red skin potatoes slice a little thicker than potato chips line them on a metal pan drizzle olive oil generously over your potatoes sprinkle heavy with cayenne pepper these take about 45m at 350 deg you want the potatoes to be done with some crisp. I sprinkle with cheese some times and top off with a little sour cream. Throw in asparagus and you have 1 very tasty meal. Now this is a spicy one so have water handy!

Well they are not quite potato chips the smaller pieces do get done faster and are crunchy but they turn out like a scalloped potatoes for the larger slices. And no I haven't thought about that but you have a good idea there. I love to cook and do 90% of the cooking my wife is a great cook but rather me to.
