I hate to look like the village idiot, but I recently came into a huge amount of eggs, don't ask. Will be freezing some, but a while back someone posted the best looking egg salad type dish I've ever seen. Anyone remember seeing that recipe?

This is pure speculation, but:
There was the last of invertebrates and the first of vertebrates, which were considered fish and in between them there was roe. So the first fish came out of roe produced by an invertebrate.
I guess roe came first... probably.
One might surmise that the evolutionary, Darwinian, "birth defect" would always start within the egg or womb.

AnonI used to have chickens and I’d get lazy sometimes and not go pick eggs quick enough. Every now and then I’d get a partially exploded frozen egg and I’d toss it in with the others to boil, they always just make a mess in the pot
Molinin302Yeah bro, get ziploc bags of your choice. Have to lightly scramble them, get the air out and then freeze. Good for a year.
