Just a curious question, how many of you keep it in the gym as opposed to doing some bodyweight exercises throughout the day? I've always kept it in the gym, but I'm thinking of adding to this. Maybe 20 push ups,sit ups, lunges or squats, several times. I mean all exercise is good, but do you think this would be overkill? My workouts are 45min to an hour and I go very hard.

As I have started my journey with a backyard body weight exercises long time ago, before I have even considered to go to the gym. I still do my morning routine with pull-ups, abs, triceps dips, and push-ups.
Also adding some stretching to it, if I have more time on my hands.

Definitely bro, if i'm skipping stretching and body weight exercises, I can feel the difference after a week. Getting stiff like a wooden plank.

I’m not sure weather or be worth adding them if or you would be better off adding a weight to the exercise so you can progressively over load it rather than sticking to body weight exclusively. You could bang out 20 reps of all those movements, take you 15 minutes, after doing this for 4 weeks there isn’t much more you can do apart from increase the reps which will take further time away from your hypertrophy weight training.

If I'm training in the evening, sometimes ill do sit-ups and other ab exercises in the morning so I don't have to do them in the gym at night. I have a tendency to overrtrain and If I'm not careful can end up in the gym for over two hours which I feel can be detrimental. Also sometimes I will do squats and lunges in the morning along with some burpees because it get me focuses and energized for the day. I also love good food so it definitely helps ward off that stomach fat when you exercise on an empty stomach in the morning.

I do pull-ups atleast every other back workout.
Can’t beat bench dips for triceps either.

I think all exercise is good to a point so long as it doesn’t take away from your bread and butter training which I believe for you and most people here happens in the gym. I think we have probably all done too much at some point in our lives and not given enough time to rest and recover.

I think it would be good for you though, to spike your metabolism throughout the day with calisthenics to burn fat off or be able to eat even more, which is what I like the most about being active! So long as it doesn’t crossover into overkill.
