Just asking how everyone is
ad
Wanted to throw an off topic one out there, I feel great. It's stifling hot where I live. But I'm working. I'm eating. My gym is open. I'm getting some noticeable lines in my sides that were never there before. I've had my exercise figured out for years. Diet for a few. Now I'm finally getting the supplements and medications dialed in. With all the BS going on in the world, I feel great and I hope everyone else is as well. Eroids it seems did a little tightening up and that feels good too. Great labs on the top lists, awesome promos, advice you can't get anywhere else. Just wanted to throw a thank you out to all. Best wishes.

That is good you are feeling good bro. I wish I could say the same. I am holding it down but the weight of the times we are in is omnipresent. We will all get through it but it isn't exactly fun.
Molinin302Gotta keep that glass half full man, all things come to pass. Best wishes
It's great to hear you are feeling good again Mol :-) No more getting pissed off with things and drinking now mate - You are better than all that shite. Getting the extra supplements in is a sure sign you are a lot more determined and disciplined now about it all, Stay positive dude.
Molinin302Yeah man, im staying as focused my bro. Health is wealth.
Stay Hungry
Molinin302Don't ever let anyone tell you different BJ. You're the effing man. Next time tell your coach that the Floruexymestorone or however you spell it WILL show up as Dianabol lol
AnonGood post bro! And congrats on the progress
Molinin302Appreciate it big guy, my thanks is seeing how many of us on here are feeling great also. Its a solid community. Hopefully more people get out of the bars and away from the Xbox a few times a week and get their lives together lol. Its so much more rewarding.
AnonI am feeling great too. It has been a different year for sure and being apart of this community has helped me. I almost never drink, some of the potential consequences of alcohol hit me pretty hard as a young man and I learned from it. You wont see me in a bar. I also put down video game controllers and picked up sports looong ago and never looked back. It has been a better life for sure.
Mind yourself bg M
Gyms are petri dishes at the best of times
Glad ur doing well fella. Love this post!
I literally walk around my gym with paper towels and a bottle of disinfectant cleaner.
Molinin302I go to the local YMCA, its actually the only serious gym within reason for me sanitizer everywhere and they have employees doing constant wipedown
Cool,
Stay safe man
The positive thing about COVID is most people actually wipe the equipment down. I hope this practice continues.
Likewise, thank you for your contributions.
Good to hear Molinin , Love that up beat attitude bro.
I try to keep as focused and disciplined as possible , but life is always throwing curve balls. The older I get the more I notice pain brings wisdom, and wisdom brings serenity. We are who we surround our selves with, so I'm trying to make sure I keep friends with my same attitude.
I feel pretty good too Molinin. Injuries somewhat under control. Decent raise at work. Good overtime. Getting treated alright by people, and trying to treat people alright. Been training for strength lately, and strength going up pre cycle. Low reps seems to be working better for me, just got to be careful, I’m getting a little old and trying to preserve my joints, which work is a little ruff on too. 47 is supposed to be the most unhappy age, but I think I’m happier than when I was 46. Only wish this pandemic thing wasn’t messing stuff up for the free world. I feel like it’s really taken a hit, might take a while to get back up. Feel bad for all the people who lost jobs and their health.
Molinin302Yes sir, my milestone comes November third. 45. But really, I feel and look better than ever. Funny story, I work with a Vietnamese guy, his name is Bong. Bong is very skinny, very self conscious about it. Bong is also 63. South Vietnamese. He always asks advice for weight gain, but it's lost. The dude is a leaf, but naturally shredded. I'd be happy with a quarter of his low bodyfat. I gave him a Viagra because he wouldn't stop talking about my conquests, guess what happened. "Hey Mike, can you get more of those pills?" I made his year. Happiness is relative for everyone, I'm shooting for great abs next month. I'm on my way. Others may be hitting 19 inch arms, or a 400lb deadlift. As long as we're happy I'll keep giving likes. This is what it's about. With all the shot going on this is the one source of threads where I keep seeing positive comments. We are a unique breed.
My legs still hurt from Saturday. I love working out legs. Feels good to be back doesn’t it? I go at 5 AM because with four kids it’s impossible to go any other time
Molinin302Man, I don't get why people bitch about leg day. It's the only muscle group pain that sticks around and reminds you what you did. I'm having trouble feeling my back lately, arms seem to be taking the brunt. We can debate what we call a week VS days spent, but realistically anymore I just destroy them once a week (6 days) and walk like I'm wearing polio braces until the lactic acid disperses lol. Not orthodox, but it's working for me. (Bad knees but here and there I'll sneak in a nice calf burn thing).
