drop it in the fryer: dutch oven: or shallow fry until golden and cooked through. toss with hoison sriracha and make into composed salads or lettce wraps
AnonFast doesnt usually come out as good, so why dont you try extra instead of fast, that way you'll have it done already for the next day or two.
I love my pesto chicken breasts in the fridge. heat em back up or leave em cold great either way.
I love pesto.....instructions please
AnonHere you go Iheart

use it to marinate the chicken, then grill it up, and serve it up with a dollop of pesto on each piece.
Added to favs. Thanks so much ;)
Maybe a low sodium Shake and Bake...they have a Buffalo style which switches it up if you can spare a few carbs. Coat chicken....bake,.....gtg
BLW5000thanks, mate
I take frozen breast out of the freezer, microwave 1min, cut into bit sized pieces...
I use 1tblspn evoo and a spoonful of minced garlic... sear chicken and choice of veggies in oil stirring regularly.
thats all i do .. takes maybe 15 min start to in your mouth..
LionKingI advice in the owen with vegetables,
Nuke it in the microwave, not the tastiest, but that wasn't the question.
We try to mix it up, for chicken we mostly place in the oven @ 400 until it's almost done then I take it out add some season to it and place it on the Foreman. That way it's still tender but the outside has a little crisp to it. I love to use the grill.. You can do everything on it.. right down to the veggies, sweet potato almost everything... wrap them in foil and your set. However.. in the winter.. not so great of an idea.. so we stick to the oven and the GF grill.
I use my George foreman. I cook up 4 pieces every morning takes about 15 min. I recommend only using runs though. If your marinade has any oil in it it's gonna shoot it right out the bottom. They call it the lean mean fat grilling machine for a reason and those fuckers ain't lying!
AnonI normally just chuck mine in a stir fry with a pot of rice on the side... A few tables spoons of olive or peanut oil! A handful of mushrooms.. Some beans carrots and whatever else ive got left in the fridge!! I normally make enough for 6-7 meals and just throw the rest in containers and pop em in the freezer!
This ^^^^^^^
V-Power-Arice is my usual meal added to chicken
AnonYeh rice or sweet potato go well with just about any wok fried chicken n veg ;p nom nom
Wrap it in foil and add any herbs/seasoning, then cook in oven for about 30 mins. Comes out very moist and succulent ;-)
AquaManI put taste and quality cooking first since what I eat had a big impact on my health. So I grill it and I think it is quite fast.
ThunderLightGrill, my man. Add garlic and fresh herbs and that's it.
george foreman grill cooks it real legit. the only down side to it is that i enjoy buying the big packs of chicken and cooking them for the week all at once. thatd take forever on my lil ass george foreman. baking it all for 30 min is much less of a hassle for me
Try grilling with this its bigger and better than a george forman and easier to clean

V-Power-AI like it too, it is one of the most used appliances in the house
I use a wok. on my grill.. fast.. small pieces.
or.... Buy a hand-meat grinder. ( $80.00) and make chicken burgers.
I never get tired of a hamburger. And a chicken one is just as good. (just my .2 cents.)
ThunderLightI like it in the owen with spices, some wine. It is not so fast, but is def good and I use it for 3-4 days.
The fastest way to cook a large amount of chicken with somewhat easy clean-up and definitely only cook once a week would be to bake it..
Use two sheets and fill them up with chicken breast, seasoned and marinated or whatever you'd like. Of course use aluminum foil under it..
This way, you can cook two trays of chicken breasts in roughly 35-45 minutes at 350 Degrees.
Overall, You could probably cook 12-15 chicken breasts in an average of 40 minutes depending on your oven, and it's size.
Make sure it's not raw..!!!!
ThunderLightThat's a good idea, but fresher is healthier.
Anonmmm yeah I love to roast/bake up some skin on breasts with herbs de provence on them . MMM thats good, but I usually go at 400 to try and crisp up the skin.
You talking about boneless skinless breat meat or bone in pieces ?
When its actually nice weather in my part of town I love to grill as much as I can fit on my grill and store it for the week. Recently I started boiling it. I can fit about 3 lbs in a pot at a time and it takes about 25 minutes. When I eat it throughout the week I find that it shreds easily by hand, then I season it to my liking and nuke it for a minute. It may not be the fastest method, but in any case I recommend cooking as much as possible at a time, then its always a grab and go meal.
Canned chicken breast and spicy brown mustard... Have to choke it down but I've found it to be the fasted way to get 60g of protein in you.
AnonWhen you talk about cooking time are you including clean up ? Small pieces in a saute pan with some ginger, onions and peppers. little bit of soy, little bit of rice vinegar and you might start to have sumthin there !
AnonPressure cooker will always cook faster.
aylmejorCut it into smaller pieces
eat it RAW, jk jk jk do NOT eat raw chicken lol, foreman grill mate,
Maybe a name change to ---> "eatchickenraw" would be acceptable?
Joking, but lol at the reply.
Anonon a grill...cook like 10 pieces at once then eat those for the rest of the week..I do the same with eggs, boil the whole dozen and eat till gone and do it again
this. However I eat like 8 eggs a day so that doesnt last long lol
AnonU like them baby chickens. Lol
Anonyea I guess so.. I eat 4 a day, only in the morning...
George foreman!!! Cooks both sides at once + 25 dollars on amazon = best decision id made to cook chicken, shrimp, steak, etc when your on the go!
AnonI think grilling it is the quickest.
I cook mine of a George Foreman grill. Takes ~10 minutes.
