Crock Pot Recipes

ad

Hey guys so I've been looking up different ways to keep my food more interesting and I found a couple of awesome crock pot recipes that not only keep the food I eat from drying out when reheating but are also pretty flavorful. I put both over 1-2 cups of white rice and they have both proved to help me get my carbs in while keeping my pallet interested.

Turkey White Bean Chili

Chicken Stew

Now I'm eating for size and am not quite sure how either of these would work out while cutting because of the macros associated with them. I'm assuming if you're cutting there really isn't much way around eating relatively bland foods but if any of you guys have any recipes please add them in the comments I'm always looking to try new things. Next week I'll be doing a beef barley stew and will definitely update on how that went.

Enjoy guys!

I'm doing the same. As we speak I'm eating a rice/London broil combo I did in the crock pot. I used this site ( https://www.google.com/amp/www.food.com/amp/recipe/teriyaki-london-broil... ) to make the marinade/sauce, then I just slow cooked it 9 hours.
