Tzaziki sauce
Great with fish/chicken
500g greek yogurt
Half a lemon squeeze
Half a cucumber grated
Clove of crushed garlic
Salt/pepper to taste
Mix it all up and enjoy!

Some of my favorite sauces to make:
-Spicy balsamic vinaigrette reduction with a splash of red wine. Goes great on fish and chicken. Had some of this on my catfish tonight.
-Green curry yogurt
-Honey mustard, best if you use fine coarse ground mustard
-I also make a mean Korean BBQ marinade, but this one takes more time. Involves a reduction of soy sauce, gochujang (fermented red pepper paste), a whole lot of garlic, sliced pears, sesame seeds, honey (or brown sugar), rice wine, and sesame oil over the course of at least an hour.
Hmmm sounds interesting. I'm going to have to try this out.
