Retatrutide, tirzepatide, semaglutide or some combination of the three.
I did phentermine probably 15 years ago when it was being prescribed at those off the wall clinics. Not only did phentermine make me feel like shit, but found out later it's bad for your heart. Any of the three of the glp compounds will be more effective at actual appetite suppression.
The effects of glp aren’t working on me atm that’s why I’m taking at least a month off and then retrying but during that time a cns acting suppresant is what I’m looking for
