What’s Your Macro Sweet Spot?

Was wondering what you all have come up with when bulking. What’s the macro profile ratios that work best for you to gain lean (or not much fat) mass? And have you had good luck with the 16 x current body weight for total calories?

Best thing I have come up with is to track calorie expenditure with my fibit and log macro/cals in myfitnesspal. When bulking I would push it 750-1000 cals on the plus side. This is on-cycle of course, since now I wouldn't even consider bulking off cycle at this stage of the game. I like to get at least 1.5 - 2.0 g/lb of protein which is between 3-400g and wherever the fat the carbs fall I don't care to much about anymore as long as I am within my calorie goals.

When it comes to calories, I always just used one of the online calculators to calc my maintenance calories (TDEE). And then just add about 10% for bulking.

As for macros, I usually went with something like 25/45/30 for pro/fat/carbs but you can always tweak those depending on how you feel about lower carbs and stuff.

Note: this was all while off cycle
