I love keto breakfasts. They are very delicious. Until I followed this diet, I was not used to eating in the morning. I know that breakfast is crucial, and it is a negative thing that I do not eat in the morning, but fortunately, now I eat in the morning due to this diet. Scrambled eggs in butter on a bed of lettuce topped with avocado were my favorite breakfast. So far, I remember how much I liked it. But speaking in general, I like the food in the keto diet. It is delicious compared to other diets. How about you? Btw happy to see that there is such a significant amount of people who follow this diet.
Carne asada or chicken coverd in pico de gallo and a whole avocado then it gets smotherd in salsa with a grilled jalapeno..chase it with a big cup of black coffee..

Thats good also...gotta wrap that asparagus in bacon tho....ive traded it out now and again for parmesan crusted brussel sprouts
