Positive Nitrogen Balance

ad

Hello all, new here, but have been on the 24 egg a day diet, mixed into a shake with half and half, coupled with eating 2 lb of red meat a day, flank or ground, and have added close to 15lbs over the last year and a half. 10 or so of it lean muscle. Just sharing what has worked for me. Thanks.

It's not really easy to eat 25 eggs every day, chicken can be eaten instead.

Well done this article! I really liked the way you presented your event and how you made it interesting and easy to understand

Guys I know this seems unconventional but if you look at old school bodybuilders their diets were high in fat maybe not to this extent but my diet is kind of similar I’ve never heard it called the 24 egg a day diet and I don’t have that many at least whole eggs usually 8-10 hard boiled plus egg whites and a pound of red meat my body doesn’t digest carbs well at all tried enzymes all that I had a DNA diet test done and it backed that up but my blood work is good but I do use lean red meat

Ah, minor details. Yolo

That's over 10000mg of cholesterol A DAY! Roughly 33 times your recommended daily allowance.

I'm not scared of eggs at all, but just kick out a few of the yokes.
