Opinions on my current nutrition
Just wanted to get some opinions on my diet. Im currently natty and will be til I get my body in check. I try and get all my protein from real food. Dont like drinking powder unless I absolutely have to.
Edit: my goal is to gain weight and strength. Grow into my frame naturally before I cycle up.
Meal 1- 10 egg whites and 3 whole eggs scrambled. I either eat a cup of boiled black beans (no sale added) or half an avocado.
Meal 2- 8oz grilled chicken breast. I love Mrs dash! 1 cup sweet mashed potatoes. 2-3 servings of veggies. Usually carrots and broccoli.
Meal 3- pre workout shake. I might throw in a scoop of protein here. Depends on how im feeling honestly. I stopped drinking dairy recently and replaced it with almond milk. 1 banana, half cup strawberries, half cup blueberries all blended in almondmilk. Tastes awesome.
Meal 4- 8oz grilled chicken breast. 1 cup brown rice. Veggies
Meal 5- 2 tilapia filets, 1 cup sweet mashed potatoes, half an avocado
Meal 6- 4oz lean ground beef. Veggies. 1 black beans
Thats about it. I might add a meal consisting of tuna salad. Been eating like this for that last couple weeks and feel great.

davemiller555I would love to add my opinion that is "your diet is proper but, carry on this and follow don't stop it" All the best.
hey bro, i love your diet. the only thing i would add would be white rice my muscles fill out so much better on it then brown or sweet potatoes but, if it works for you, it looks good
Ill give that a try. So far have followed this for 2 weeks and feel amazing.
Added more 16oz more chicken per day and another meal. You're right, right now ill be taking in 4000cal give or take. Im gonna maintain that until I can stomach more. Right now hitting over 4k is a chore and pretty much every meal is a battle. Never realized the dedication it took to really see results. Gonna keep this up for the next few months. Thanks for the advice!
