It might be nearly impossible to eat 3000 cal plus in just food but it should still be primarily food intake. Shakes are a supplement. I like the Rebuilt Mass from GNC, but I break one serving down to three shakes. If you are eating out alot due to time, try prepping high protien foods the night before. I cook two chicken breasts on a George Foreman at night and take them to work. I take two of my shakes as well and just mix with a stick blender. You have to track your intake if your goal is clean weight. Once you know what you eat regularly it gets much easier. I push myself to get 3500 a week when I am bulking, and I can usually hit 5 lbs per week, with little fat gain. And I am a hard gainer.
if you need to push youself to get over 3000kcal a day you are not hitting it hard enough in the gym. if you are bulking/cutting or whatever you should always be starving it is a good sign that your body needs the fuel. try pushing yourself to the max everyday, 5 days a week and you wont have a problem eating 3500.
Pasta and red meat brother! Eat eat eat! Looks decent to me.
Your bulking right?
yeah man
