first cycle coming up soon, I have some questions
ad
When you're on a cycle, when do you usually up your calories?
Do you up your calories after your injection?
Or
Do you up your calories when you feel the effects of Test E?
At what point should I consume 4k calories? What week do you suggest?
How I was thinking of approaching this was eat 2.5k calories 1st week then gradually move it up by 400 cals a week until it hits 4k.
What are your suggestion?

I eat probably close to 3800kcals a day and I have trouble putting on mass. I consider myself a hardgainer though and I do some pretty intense cardio every other day though so that probably has a little to do with it too. (Just giving you a similar comparison since I'm around your age and height).
You're way too young for a cycle btw. Your brain is still developing mentally and giving yourself excess test is going to screw with brain development. Also doing AAS this early on is just asking for HPTA problems in the future.
Your natty test is probably at around 60-70mg of test per week. That is plenty to build muscle. Yeah you're not going to put on 30lbs of LBM in a 3 month period, but give it time and you'll be happy with the results.
Eat right, train right, sleep right.
Take the next few years and play around with your diet and training. See what works for you. That way when you are ready for steroids you'll get great results.
well I do feel like I could gain more muscle BUT... it's getting slower and slower... I'm feel that I'm going to hit a plato in probably 2 months. I feel that it's best to just hit the juice lol.... Overall I did gain 35 pounds of muscle since I was 17 when I started working out. Although I did train 2 years not knowing what I was doing. But i did progress...

I mean why not it's just the only body you'll ever get. Who gives a shit. My muscular development is slowing down. I'm going to plateau. I don't want to put in the effort to actually train efficiently and reach my natty potential. I just want muscles now.
Do you have any idea how long I've been below 130lbs? Do you know how hard it has been for me just to put on a pound or two of lean body mass? I absolutely LOATHE eating. It is not fun for me at all. I have to eat a shitload to see the most miniscule results and I hate it, but you know what I put up with it. You know why? Because I'm smart enough to see that steroids aren't the answer. And I want it badly. Oh I want it so badly. If you aren't willing to do WHATEVER it takes then this isn't the sport for you. You have to be 100% efficient on cycle. Otherwise you're just asking for complications.
Do what you want. It's your body, but you are nowhere close to your natural potential at 170lbs and 14% bodyfat. You aren't even cut.

Okay, I respect the fact that you know that gear isn't the answer to your weightlifting. What I really hate is when people think they know my body, and my body type. Dude i been 5'6 since I was 16. All I did was put on some weight. I will never ever ever ever grow taller. Even my doctor said I stopped growing. You don't know anything about my body yet you decide to tell me I'll stop growing you see? I am 170lb 5'6. At 16 guess what my weight was. It was 135, and I was fat. Guess what happened throughout the years, I didn't work out at all for 1 year, gained muscle still because I was going through puberty, I was 140 average fat weight maybe 13%. I hit the gym and boy did I grow lol. I'm 21 now and I am fully grown.
I know a guy who was on gear at 18 hes 20 now and he's fine 212lb 5'7.
This still doesn't answer my question, I know what to eat it's just that I don't know when to up my calories, at what week because I don't want to gain to much fat on my first cycle.
Supernova283Not that you should be running a cycle, but your body can't simultaneously gain muscle and lose fat.
You are either going to have to diet for cutting or diet for bulking. Gaining a little fat is just what comes with the territory.
You can try recomp, but it's pretty tough and most people require some heavy duty roids you just aren't ready for. Also you'll already need to know how your body reacts to different diets and whatnot.
well of course you cant simultaneously gain muscle and lose fat I just want to gain less fat and more muscle. I just need to know when to start eating like a pig after the injection...

Wow bro, EVERYBODY kicks in different freakin rates, since I never used test e, how the hell do you expect me to know how fast my body would react to this? Some people feel it in 2 weeks, some feel it in 4 weeks, HECK SOME FEEL IT IN 8 WEEKS!!

Well if you actually took the time to read it it clearly states the need to have ur diet dialed in at least 90days before u even pin. I honestly think ur either thinking way too much or ur going about it the wrong way

Read step 1 over and over bro. Getting ur diet and training lined up before u even start ur cycle and having success with them is key. Diet is something in my opinion that should be the number 1 priority all year round. If u can't grow without aas ur probably not going to gain sustainable weight with aas. At ur age u could gain 20-30lbs natural and in more time u would have a much more solid foundation.
At 21 you should be natty rocket powered growing. Clean up the fiet. 2.5gms protein per lb of bodyweight. Protein every 3hrs. Lots of veggies. Compkex carbs. No sodas.

agreed. I doubt you need to exceed 3g/kg or 1.5g/lb even on the sauce.
