bulk diet

ad

I was advised by a good member on here to post a diet to get some feedback. So thanks to him.

My bulk diet is very simple and honestly I dont plan much when preparing my meals, just try to get macros and calories in. I cook 2-3 times a week in a bulk amount. Lean ground beef and brown rice/sweet potatoes and hard boiled eggs each meal. And eggs and oatmeal in the morning. I have an isobag where i put 4 tubs of meals. I prepare a protein shake with a bannana and drink half of it a few hours after my second meal and the other half few hours after my last meal.

So my prior history, I trained naturally till I was ready and did a great amount of research on androgens . Ive been on off aas for about 2-3 years. Keep in mind I did use prohormones when they first came out in 2000s. I notice their are young members on here and Im not sure if I should post all my cycles compounds and dosing in plain view.

Breakfast
eggs
oatmeal
orange juice

Meals 1-4
8-10 0z lean ground beef
Sweet potato/brown rice
2 hard boiled eggs

50 gram protein shake with bannan split in between 2 and last meal.

My training is mostly heavy lifting but I do add moderate weights throughout the week. Cardio is heavy bag.

Thanks for the feedback

I've recently been eating a real treat for breakfast, and as a snack too, replacing just plain eggs and oatmeal separately. Easy to make too.
Blend 1 cup blended oats and 6 x-large eggs whites (1cup) let sit for 10 mins to soften oats some and throw in the pan with coconut oil. Makes two large plate sized pancakes!
Sometimes I add some stevia and bananas or other fruit. I like bananas tho as it taste like banana nut bread or fried banana.
I use honey as syrup to avoid high fructose corn syrup maple syrup.

Couldn't be tastier or healthier and no guilt even if you eat it 5 times a day lol!

Thats a nice looking diet. Are you mixing egg whites and whole eggs for breakfast or just one or the other? What kind of protein are you drinking?

For the eggs, I buy the costco ready hard boiled eggs, it comes with 24 eggs, so its extremely convient to throw it in my iso bag. Sometimes Il buy liquid whites if I happen to pass by it.
And my protein is beef protein isolates.
