This chart shows the ar binding affinities of the different aas.

See methyltren binds a little stronger to the ar but look how many times stronger it hits the progesterone receptor.

1-test binds even stronger than tren and even dht to the ar.

Proviron is a stronger binder to the ar than masteron but since only 5% is orally active when ingested it doesn't show its true potency as an androgen.

Cheque drops tops the list as the strongest binder to ar also to progesterone receptor.

Ar binding doesnt always mean ar activity. Same with pr binding and activity. Halo and anadrol are shitty binders but their metabolites are very potent.
