WithdrawlBody Fortress, like most supermarket brands, are of a lower quality. Their protein usually contains mostly lower quality whey concentrate, as opposed to whey isolate. Concentrate isn't used by the body as well and contains more milk bi products that can also coat your digestive system over time. By no means is it junk though. As was mentioned below, you can never go wrong with Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard. You'll get a much cleaner product and higher protein absorption.
ProteinFactory sells a 5lb bag of Whey for 35 bucks +shipping. Like 20 flavors, and you can add bcaa's and choose your sweetener. Cookies and Cream + sucralose is the best. Made in America. They have a million different proteins, but I just get the 5lb bags of whey.
I buy body fortress vanilla whey or chochlet/penut butter whey but if I have the money I stick to Optimum Nutriton Gold Standard. Optimum Nutrition mixes soo much better and I feel its a way better bang for the buck and its pretty close to the same price as Body Fortress when comparing price per serving but way better quality.
never used it... I buy the cheap shit to save money, its all the same shit to me.... I dont give a shit about taste, so i go cheap haha
