When chosen a source,it can be rough,and nerve racking .Imo I choose sources by the way they treat me and show me they are willing to help you through things.I don't just go by ratings and review's.Source's that show me they are grateful of me using them.They say you have to give to receive and I'm a beliver of that.If a source is willing to work with me and even give samples you are cut you deals.It shows love.If he is stingy,I feel he cares more about self then other,just m 2 cents.

I have never purchased from a lot of them, yet they still exchange pms with me and offer friendship. I think that says a lot about people when you arent sending them money and they still act like that.
If anything Eroids has just spolied people because we have been fortunate to amass not just a list of sources, but business owners who are genuinely good people too.

I didn't realize the bulk of the post was about sources who give samples. That's not a good way to determine if a source is good to go to. If you're a repeat customer and drop a little change , then most will cut breaks but free samples? Only when they get started do they do this. I don't care about samples.
Me too, hard to make a decision. Especially to get shipped into Australia.

Quality all day! I don't care if it takes a month to get to me. I want the proven top notch quality brew! Fuck the pretty labels and colors and any other eye catching characteristics. I don't care how cool the name of the lab is, their gimmicks or sales. I'm going with the one that the guys around here have tried and proven to be a quality product.

AnonYes and because I am a small business owner I too see the relationship as a two way street. A vendor is not beholden to me because I have spent money with them, nor should they feel it is a privelage for me to buy from them.
Basically it comes down to common decency and respect, beyond that having a vendor that is willing to be your friend even when you arent placing orders, is extra special.
Right, because thats how everyone should run a business. Just give everything away for free. It's a risky business man, they have to watch out for everything. I think customer service is thrown out the window. Why would any source just randomly give away free samples to you? Ask yourself that. Do you buy in bulk? Have you been a reliable customer for many years? They don't owe you anything.
I've had a free sample given to me. It was good stuff too so what happened? I went and bought a lot of it. It's a good way to promote a product for a source and to get people coming back
