Holy crap guy!! 30mg addy's THREE TIMES per day!!!!!! WOW. I'd like to meet your doc.

No wonder you need the valium... that dose of addy is pretty redic.

I'm not tryin to bust on you man... but those are big doses. Both of which will be extremely difficult to be weaned off of.

To put it into perspective for those that haven't tried either of these drugs.... I took HALF of a 30mg addy b4 (up for long hours plowing snow)... was bouncing off the walls of the truck for a solid 6-8hrs combined w/ anxiety and a horrible case of the shits! If I take ONE 10mg valium, I'm snoozin like a baby in 30min flat.

personally i have met people (and at one time in my life i was included in this) that need valium or xanax to bring themselves down out of a spell. They can be difficult to control once started. Adderal on the other hand... prescribing speed sounds like a cop-out. Low drive, low focus, everyone has that to varying degrees. The people that i know that are prescribed adderal fall into two catergories. 1) just plain fucking lazy and think that things should come easier 2) just basically disinterested with most things and dont get into hard work unless they enjoy it. I think its ok to be a 2, not ok to be a 1. Theres a popular adage that goes "what do you call an adult with ADD/ADHD? You call them BOSS" Because those are the people that figured out that the only way they are going to be happy is if they find what they like to do first, and then figure out how to get paid doing it. More responsibility and a faster pace is the cure for ADHD in my opinion, not drugs.

"Speed Ball" would be an 'upper' and a 'downer' combined. John Belushi died from Heroin/Cocaine (speed ball). But I'm sure your Doctor wouldnt prescribe anything unsafe. Just be honest about your AAS use. Could be a blood pressure issue.
