Another good one is Carb ION by Allmax.
I tried a carb supplement called super carb today which I liked...unflavored I just put it in my shake

I can’t reply without sounding like an arse.
I will anyway
Reese’s Peanut butter cups.
Nice, I have been cheating a little with kit kats lately lol
Yep those are good too. Toss some banana Twinkie’s into your blender with a scoop of ice cream. Mmm I am getting a Sugar rush thinking about it. Lol
Willy Wonka bottle caps after workout.
yesss
I really like Glycofuse,,,very simple,,yet very effective.
basskiller89I'd probably eat some pasta before I drank flavorless sugar lol
Um, food.
Rice cakes and gummy bears
On a budget lol
I eat a lot of rice cakes.
I like stell cut oats. Lol not trying to troll you bro I’m just pig...+2
I'm big on the steel cut oats too, people look at me funny at work, I make a breakfast wrap every morning with grilled chicken, a tomato basil or spinach wrap, then smother the chicken in half a cup of oats - then add hot sauce. Yum.
Yeah me too but I like the powder just for convenience
If eating solid foods are not convenient enough I'm just not sure what to say.
You said it
X2
Touché, but IMO, I think we use that very line a lot without understanding by the way someone means convenience rather than thinking it means lazy.
I love carb powder- I use it either pre or during with my BCAAs (for flavor) creatine, glutamine, And taurine for those fucking hellacious back pumps lol.
I also use it directly after with my protein shake.
I train in Olympic weightlifting and our practices/sessions are anywhere from 1:30-2:15 depending on where we’re at in our training cycle- it’s a literal life saver for me.
BUT- I also eat a HUGE dinner an hour and a half post training every night and a solid meal 2 hours pre training session, so I’m not using it to skip out on food. It definitely can be a highly beneficial tool in a lifters arsenal.
Gummy bears, fast form of carbs. Powdered carbs are in the same group. Its fast in fast out and when you use fast carbs it is used immediately by the body and not stored. Is that a good thing? Sometimes it is but relying on it and making it part if your daily intake is worthless because it doesnt count. It has its place but save your money.
I might drink one protein drink a day depending on how busy I am but I’m a firm believer in Whole Foods when possible. I carry food wherever I go. I get funny looks but the wife’s used to it. I track everything I eat on my fitness pal. Basically I eat the same stuff everyday except dinner.
Heyyy. Was that you at the barbershop the other day. You let me skip you while you had your feet up eating the chicken n rice outta the Tupperware. Thanks bro
Probably was egg whites on a bagel.
