Yeah I am not a big guy I’m only 173 so sometimes it’s hard for me to get all 6 full meals down...ravenous really helps

If you want to be 200 lbs you have to eat like a 200 lb guy.

Instead of 6 full meals just snack more often if you have to, that may help kickstart your appetite. As long as your getting your calories and macro ratio it doesn't matter. I only get 4 solid meals a day, the rest is snacks in between. Just like everything you have to work your way up to it, and if your seriously putting your gym work in and pushing to the max your appetite will get there. I've recently been through this so I know, just have to be patient and determined and you'll get there.

Yeah some days are easier than others, some days I’m so hungry that I want another meal if I have a long day but I think the ravenous definitely helps overall though

Sometimes you have to eat stuff you don’t want to. You really can’t drug or supplement into it. Just set your mind to it and make it happen. Preping food ahead is a big part of it.

I understand, but I honestly just feel like if you're trying to make gains and keep those gains long term you really need to keep this process as natural as possible as far as your appetite goes. What happens when you run out of ravenous, or, what if you develop a tolerance to it - then what? You'll just lose your gains I think. Anyway, just my 2 cents my man.
