+ 1 Best supplement for high liver enzymes ?

ad

I started using NAC & Tudca I hope this works. I’m going to layoff the gear until I get into a good range with my enzymes.

I have found the best way to cleanse is a good fast if y oh are able to handle it. I wouldn’t recommend it for everyone but for me it worked wonders. Liver is perfect now. I did do some of the recommendations you guys made then I thought maybe just feeding my liver good water and nothing else. It wasn’t easy.

I suggest that Live conscious and 1MD LiverMD is the best supplements for liver enzymes.

Agreed Bro. Milk Thistle has been great for me. I've tried NAC, 1,000mg, it was in a liver and organ supplement that covered my needs pretty well. This same product has 600mg Milk Thistle, and Glutathione as its Liver Complex.

Also just a little side note, NAC is also great for respiratory issues with covid. So if you start to get a caught, this supplement helps greatly. Helps the body to produce more Glutathione. My wife just had a lasting caught for over three weeks. Glutathione, vitamin c, and zinc cleared that up in less than a week.

Yup and as soon as this study was released, Nac was banned in the US after 30yrs of being on the shelves

The Liver heals every single day and regenerates itself buddy as long as you are taking nothing that is toxic or that stresses it such as aspirin and other meds. To give you an idea of healing times when I went to Hospital about 3 years ago now with an enflamed liver from long Tren & Dbol with ZERO protection my ALT on the day was 208. Now fast forward 4 to 5 weeks of just running Test and nothing else, I was also taking zero supplements to help it recover and it fell back to with normal limits of less than 50. To give an idea how well a liver heals on supplements I think will be very hard to do. As well as those listed already here I have added another to my ritual ED list of Artichoke powder. This works similar to Tudca in that it encourages Bile flow within the liver and regenerates cells too.

Yeh I know its what they give here for Paracetamol overdose in the Hospitals. They still reckon it helps with Liver & Kidney health though. I love the sour taste of it in drinks too Lol

Give it a whirl mate - it tastes good alongside the milk thistle in shakes if you like to open the capsules like I do and pour it in the drink. Its from the same family as milk thistle too

I eat a lot of artichoke hearts plain in water no seasoning or anything except olive oil. Wonder if that’s as good as the powder.
