Am I imagining it, or is it post a ridiculous cycle month? I'm being deadly serious here, some of the stuff posted over the last few days is mind numbing. Here we are on a forum FULL to the brim with a variety of posts detailing beginner cycles, intermediate cycles, all nicely arranged in groups and stickies yet still people post up stuff that shows little or no research or understanding of the compounds involved.

So, as it's apparently tricky to track down all the sensible cycles, I've decided after discussion with a few of our regular members and mods to make it easy to find HOW NOT TO DO IT.

This is how it will work. You can post up the cycles and their links, (I want to see la crème de la crème here), and we can discuss / dismantle in a (largely) constructive way. Exceptions can be made for extreme stupidity, ADV/EXP tags posting stupid stuff, these are all acceptable candidates for ridicule and humiliation without recourse. The front runners will be moved into this posts text as examples to show others WHAT and WHY they shouldn't run this.

In return, you get, well, very little to be honest. Hopefully at least a small amount of entertainment and more importantly contribute to others learning what's appropriate, what isn't and why.

Keep it constructive. Let's try and avoid anyone being over sensitive and taking things too personally. Sometimes we learn better from the negatives.
