Week 1 - 190 lbs @ 16% BF
Week 5 - 202 lbs @ 17% BF
Week 10 - 205 lbs @ 16% BF
Week 15 - 208 lbs @ 14% BF
At week 15 now.
EQ kicked at week 6, test E at week 5. So I've had 9 weeks of EQ, 10 weeks of test E, 5 weeks of low-dose tren a, and some tbol and SD so far.
Hoping for 215 lbs @ 10% by week 28, if I make it that far while still feeling great. Then back to TRT. Was 170 lbs @ 12% BF last June when I started TRT. I've come a long way in a year. Lot of hard work. Lot of hard work before that too with nothing to show. Before that first hormone panel I always just thought I had terrible genetics and I needed to keep working out just to maintain what I had.
Yes, this is my first cycle, not counting a 3 month 360mg TRT blast, but I've been researching and training for years, lifting for 4. Little did I know those first 3 years my natty test levels were so pathetic (200ng/dl) that building muscle was basically impossible.
EDIT: Will post bloods in a couple weeks, good or bad. I hope this gets deleted tho honestly. People are apparently having trouble believing someone can look this bad after 4 years of working out! The genetic lottery wasn't all bust, I did get alot luckier with the face. It's allowed me to date 9's my whole life or I would have started gear much earlier!

I mostly lurk in this forum, however, I felt compelled to comment, as I'm entertained by some of the responses to the proposed cycle logs in this forum. Fucking funny. I love a good laugh in the mornings, truly. Don't get me wrong here, Granted, the resposes are warranted, and I get it, if you didn't care, why would you say anything about it?. I agree keeping it simple, dicipline dicipline dicipline and the will to succeed will bring u greater results than any steroid.

Being your first cycle it would of been amazing to just do Test at about 500mgs a week and your results would of been awesome. More gear doesn't replace bad eating or bad training.
Hope you don't go through with this and actually reevaluate everything

As much as the thread disgusts me for its incredible lack of responsibility and safety I think it should be kept up....If I were admin I would have done away with it weeks ago.But since it was left up and has been followed we might as well see what happens.I would like to see the bloods.There is something to learn at this point.There is a moral to this story that will support the system and safety that we advocate.....But we wont get to it because its been pulled..Any chance of unpulling the plug for me? Only bloods I've been able to get ordered is a CMP (comprehensive metabolic panel). Will be bringing the order in and getting it done next week, and will post the results. And yea I'll take a pic so no BS. I can't make it out of my backwoods state to get off-the-record bloods from privatemdlabs etc so this is the best I've got for now. I might have them add a lipoprotein profile though to get the cholesterol numbers.
To be honest, I feel like I did before I started this cycle. Just a little sweaty, but that's fucking it dude honestly. Sweating even less since I've lowered the test a little after week 15. Pretty sure I'm not 'gonna die'. Maybe I'm just lucky.
I took the advice of many of you and started counting calories, and have been keeping up with it about 6 days a week. I haven't lost any strength, even gained 2 reps on my bench at the same weight I was using when I started the cut. I'm down to 202 now, and 12% BF. My tren will run out in about 2 weeks, by then I'm hoping to be 10%. Then if my bloods all look good, I'll be pushing into the NPP bulk for 8 weeks. Then I'll obviously be buying some oral tren, insulin,1-test cyp and cheque drops to extend it another 36 weeks ;)
Thank you again for all the diet advice, you have made me realize that is where I'm lacking. My grocery store runs have never been so healthy, the clerks think I'm fuckin loony and unamerican with all that green stuff. When I hit the bulk again, I am going to EAT like a caveman. A calorie counting caveman.

What about your recovery? What about 6 months down the line? Endocrinology doesn't work that way. Your "on cycle" blood work doesn't answer any of these questions and cannot.

Hey man sent you friend request, gonna try and help you out with a good clean diet, and supplements, by supplements I mean isolate powder protein, hydrolized protei. Powder, Glutamine, and other couple of things that can help gain, without sport technology drugs, just with a nice 6 clean meals a day you'll put lean muscle, the powders will help you stay full, reach you're natural peak beeng natural, then think about using gear, and even when you do in another 2 years, it's a universal law that you start with either test e or c, nolvadex and pct, to see how you're body composition reacts, this cycle you laid down is all over the place, forget about it and I'll set you up, but it's just going to be weight training , cardiovascular, diet , dietary supplements and rest that's it, if you wanna use gear now, I want help, ok?
