When to start winstrol

I'm currently in a cycle of sustanon and I have winstrol that I would like to start. Should I wait until I finish the sustanon or can I stack the winstrol. I don't want the two to work against each other and I'm not sure about the correct dose to most effectively use winstrol. Any advice on this subject will be helpful . Thanks

Agreed my body fat is not down too low yet although I am down in weight. What bf % would you guys recommend to get the mostout of my Winny? And really the question I was asking was can I stack Winny with sust or is it counter productive?
AnonTo get the most out of winny....you need to be at 10%........ i have ran it at 12%......yes you can stack it with sust
Based on your profile stats, (bf "not good"), you're probably not going to achieve anything using winstrol. Needs a low bf% IMO to work it's magic.
