+ 1 When to add more?
ad
I have heard two different things, for example I have a vet bodybuilding friend who never has gone high on the dosages, usually only pins long acting cycle once every 10 days and has made fantastic results, yet other people say there is only so long you can run a dose say 500 mgs test e a week and get te same results? When and how would u know that you need to run higher doses because what you use to run doesn't work for you anymore?

The addition of more drugs isn't always the answer, as well as, higher doses. Moreover, blood work makes a difference, especially monitoring the free testosterone level. Fortunately, our body is like a hydroponic unit, utilizing the environment to grow and adapt. For example, try living in a higher elevation and watch what happens to your blood work. In addition, genetics plays a key role, as well. Therefore, AAS allows the body to stay in a positive nitrogen balance at the lowest possible doses needed. So, finding the synergistic capabilities of AAS compounds and administering them together, carefully, to meet your goals is advantageous, too. Furthermore, the information noted above, as well as, posted below by the other members, along with correct macros and adequate calories to meet your goals, should keep you maintaining and/or growing, which is all you need.
guys below are rite , diet is key, but its all about experience with the compounds used, and experimenting to find the sweet spot, some people do respond better than others, to be honest the doses I use in some cycles would be reckless to post in open forum, but as stated below, if you cycle properly, pct plus time off, your body should respond to the juice the same- nice fresh clear receptors will suck it up harder than monica Lewinski to bill Clinton after a bottle off vodka.
Good info....I have gained more in size and weight off cycle, than I have on cycle. My strength decreased the first 18 days after the last injection. But, after I started my PCT I felt it come back up.
aylmejorIf eating more is not bringing gains. Up the dose. 500 mg test is is not going to indefinitely bring you "gains"...
the body adapts..
Different ppl have different reactions to compounds. I.E. Acne,bloat... Well why not the positives of muscle gains.. just cause same dose same diet does not equal same results.
I'm certain there is A LOT of pharmacology at play here and the scientific answer to this question would / will be long. I can give you my experience and some common sense. We all build up tolerances to drugs over any extended period of time. Over many YEARS of use, most of us find it necessary to bump up the dose to get the same results we got YEARS earlier on lower doses. In the course of more than a decade, I use much more today with some compounds as when I started. The ramp up was very gradual over about 40 cycles. If you're no longer getting the results - bump it up - but very gradually. If 500 mgs ain't cutting it - OK maybe with 600 and see but not from 500 to 750 - that's reckless and overkill.
ZewiAnabolXIn reality if your doing it correctly and your diet is correct and you take time off and do a PCT you really never need to increase your test dose --cause we all know diet is key
TropicanaJuicemaybe what Im trying to ask is why do on long cycles, the results seem to diminish? is that why people say they gain better on short blasts at higher does rather than long duraion cycles
TropicanaJuicegod damn your a source now?! no way brother, have to check you out, but lets say you have two identical people with the same training diet rest and everything, one uses 500 mgs a week and the other uses 750 mgs a week, is it safe to say that the one using 750 mgs of test will gain more? I mean there has to be some tolerance build up just like any other drug
ZewiAnabolXNo it is not safe to say that the person that is using 750mg will gain more..... Everyone is different your talking about DNA, your talking about how much test can your receptors use over mine...also what is your goal, this again is DIET.. so taking the same diet no, he will not gain more per say not noticeable enough anyway maybe a little but over all body mass if you both were twins no way he gains enough to make the jump from 500-750 not going to happen cause the diet is not there is not enough food... You need protein to grow, if your on the same diet, and there is not enough food to grow well that 750mg is not going all be used. Just cause your test increases your body still needs to be able to use it.. Like I said above that comes down to you DNA, your Receptors, than Diet.
I would say your results should be the easy answer to this question... :S
