-3 Thoughts on staying on 125mg Cyp EOD

ad

A lot of what I read considers pinning 125mg cyp eod as a low “blast” cycle. But honestly I just don’t want to go lower. Is this really that bad for me? Like I know you’re not supposed to. But I feel… happy.
I struggle with “depression” mostly I think I just struggle with everybody around me being an idiot but regardless. Test genuinely makes me a lot more tolerant and just less irritable. At this dose I just feel good all the time. Do I really have to go lower?
I feel like I’ve always wanted to die so being in my late 30s I’m honestly going to keep going. Just because I’d rather die younger feeling this good than feel miserable and live longer. But I guess I’m just curious what other people’s experiences are.
I donate blood as often as I can. I did a low dose cycle HGH. Other than the higher blood sugar (still within healthy range) when I was on GH I have no noticeable health issues. I eat fairly healthy. I take quality vitamins. When I cycle anavar I also take a quality liver support. So I try to be mostly healthy with everything.
Anybody else stay at this dose or higher without “cruising” and lowering your dose ever?

No, I think what’s happening here is you don’t understand homeostasis. Your words “This dose will feel great, until it doesn't, then the dose goes up.” That’s literally tolerance.
Also your words “The elevated test levels with exogenous use becomes your bodies new norm after it figures out how to stabilize itself.” That is not how taking testosterone works. You reach “homeostasis” by literally dosing the correct amount. Whether it’s lowering or raising your dose.
You’re literally talking about tolerance but using the word homeostasis. Thats the whole point. You are talking about things that take place but reaching the wrong conclusion. Therefore using the word homeostasis incorrectly.
You’re whole entire point that you’ve made is that “you will need more the longer you take it”. That’s literally not true. And that’s not how the mechanism works.

I think what's happening here is I keep getting alerts that have the word "homo" in them and then I open it up to this disappointing shit....

Anybody else look like this soft and wonder where all that dick came from when it’s hard? Leg days my dick practically inverts inside my body.

You should put ur dick inside someone else's body during leg day.

Uhm… no. I definitely did not repeat that back to you. Your comprehension must not be that good, you just heard what you wanted to hear to reinforce your “belief”, or you’re just misinformed and believe a common myth. Or you’re trolling.

What actually happens when you take exogenous testosterone, the body responds via negative feedback: it lowers LH and FSH, which suppresses your natural testosterone production. That’s the “homeostasis” part — the body is trying to keep total androgen levels from going too high.
Once your natural production is suppressed, your blood levels are driven almost entirely by the dose you’re injecting (or applying). With consistent dosing and frequency, those levels reach a steady state. They don’t steadily fall over months or years in a way that forces you to keep increasing the dose just to maintain the same levels.
I literally can’t explain it any more clearly for you. What matters is the dose. Many people will lower their dose earlier in TRT to reach what you call “homeostasis”. This literally disproves what you’re saying that you will reach homeostasis then need more and more. That’s literally not how it works.

Ummm no, I said homeostasis, and I ment homeostasis.

True. I mean I'm not depressed and I'm always fighting the urge to add this or try that.

Can only imagine if I didn't give a fuck.

@Chiron you should get help and stay alive.

Chiron's picture

I’ve tried to get help. There’s none. Thanks though… I guess. My whole point is… this is as good as it gets for me. So until somebody can help me understand why I might want to stop. I don’t want to stop. Staying alive doesn’t get you in to Valhalla bro.

“ this is as good as it gets for me “ .. I'm sure if a lot of us here have felt that. It really on leads to self destructive behavior. This thing you’re trying to do might just be that if you don’t actually stay on top of shit. Also there’s only so much help you can get. If you don’t want to help yourself then none of that shit works. I’ve read some of the shit you’ve said and it sounds like a younger version of myself. Milfpounder recommends you get help but I’m going to recommend you help yourself. Don’t play the victim. Man up, take gear, eat to grow, and lift some weights!

I feel like all you took from that was “this is as good as it gets for me”. I don’t think we sound the same or ever had bro. I don’t really take things out of context and then like spout off with “you’re just being a victim!” Like…. Thanks for that input that literally had nothing to do with the point being made. But okay. I’m gonna go be a victim some more. “Lift, eat pin…” so do what I already do even though I’m a victim lol. Okay bro. Thanks for the input… I guess… 0_o

I think at the end of the day if your don't give a shit about your health we don't either. You obviously already know you can't blast all the time.

The excuse your depressed so you need to stay on a higher dose of gear is bullshit. Depression doesn't just go away in my experience when you increase the drugs. Your perception of yourself changes when your on more drugs. Your lifting more weights. Your looking better in the mirror. You have more confidence which negates the negative in your own head. Also how does other people's actions matter? People have been fucking idiots since the beginning of time.

I say do what you want. If you want to die young go ahead. Most people have that perception until something causes that to change. They then realize they want to see their kids grow up. Or want to live as long as possible to be there for their loved ones.

Life is already very very short in my opinion. Everyone loves being on a juicy dose of gear. So if your fine with the trade off then it's all good. We all have to walk our own life our own way.

I see what you’re saying. And I definitely don’t expect anybody to care and it’s definitely not what I’m looking for. I mean I don’t really know for sure but I can’t imagine using a forum for gym bros on steroids as an emotional support group will exactly illicit a lot of healthy responses. Besides, I’m a “bring back bullying” kind of guy.

I’m not sure I’m using “I’m depressed” as an excuse. But I will be open to the idea that perhaps I am. I think I was just stating that to sort of inform on my perspective. Like “hey I hate myself and everything around me. This is the only thing that’s ever helped with that. Therefor I plan on continuing it.” And I think alot of people here are comparing this to drug use TOTALLY which I disagree with MOSTLY. This is very different from like drugs or antidepressants or something. And the effects are vastly different as well. Like you don’t smoke meth to get more of the meth already occurring in your body. And chasing some sort of first high is not really a thing here.
More or less I’m looking for personal experiences. I know there are people out there doing what I am. Or more. And those insights matter. Perhaps I’ll even get advice on how to better manage my health at this dose. Since I plan on continuing. Who knows? I really just made this post for insight.
I respect that you value certain things I don’t. And maybe one day my perspective will change due to something catastrophic happening like you said.
But honestly a lecture on using drugs to cure depression being bullshit is sort of a null point to me. It’s just like “k bro…” like you obviously have some sort of thing with that. And like I said I respect that you care about things I don’t but that framing is just really not informative when I look at it through the framing of how my mind works and what I think. And quite frankly I wish people would stop framing this in a way that makes it sound like it’s being compared to recreational drugs or even most pharmaceuticals. If that’s your framing I feel like it takes away from the actual discussion because the mechanism at work is fairly unique compared to recreational drugs or even a huge amount of performance enhancing drugs. So when people start making it sound like you’ll be chasing the dragon longer and longer just to feel that first hit I sort of start tuning out.
