+ 4 The need to be prepared

ad

As some of you already know, I was running a 12 wk cycle if Test e 250 @ 500mg's a/wk. I was not running an AI with this cycle but was using nolva 20mg's ed and provi 25mg's ed. I had run previous cycles using the same serm and oral before with no complications. About 8 wks into the cycle I had some BW done and the results weren't good. My test and estro levels were very elevated. I had ordered an ai earlier but it had not arrived so I was left with trying to find an alternative in the interim. That was on a Friday. I went and got some DIM- Plus which is a natural estrogen metabolism formula hoping it would counter some of the sides and bring my levels down. Needless to say, it wasn't doing it fast enough. That Sunday came and man I could feel my hormones all out of control. The good thing is that gyno or bloating so far had not been a factor and i was just hoping that my ai would be here that Monday. My wife had told me she had even prayed on it. Well, I guess GOD was listening because when I got home that afternoon I had a package in the mailbox. Thank you Lord. Man I wasted no time popping that first capsule hoping to get the magic going. I was gonna dose it at 12.5 eod. Well the following day there was a little tingling in the nip area so we upped the dose to 25mg's ed. It is now Friday and I'm starting to feel like my old self again. Still staying on diet, doing my vitamins like some of the bro.s suggested and feel like the estro is subsiding. I have BW scheduled for Wednesday next week so I'll know definitely where I'm at once the results get in. Now as I said earlier I never used an AI before and never ran my PCT 4 weeks as the cats here suggest. Probably a good reason why my gains weren't maintained as good as I had hoped. Now I wanted to keep this Test cycle going but after some consultation it was decided to cut the cycle short and address the estro issue. So what am I saying, well it's plain and simple. It doesn't matter what you may have ran before and was able to get away with. There will always be that WHAT IF moment and you don't want to be caught unprepared. I was fortunate enough to get my AI in time it appears. But why even have to take the risk. This is some serious s--t here man and it's no joke. This is our body and there are certain things that it just wasn't design to do and with that in mind, why not do the research, ask questions and make absolutely certain that we understand what it is we're doing and what we need to have in place before embarking on this journey. So to all of those who want to make this journey, do your homework baby. RESEARCH, RESEARCH AND RESEARCH. There are never any guarantees and we should never take this stuff for granted. Always have everything on hand that is needed before moving forward. I most certainly will, and that you can bank on.

Great story for the Noobs to hear. Being prepared unfortunately isnt just a dynamic isolated to AAS users. It's a pandemic to the population at large. They bring that kind of nonchalant attitude to AAS use and fail to realize that this shit is dangerous. We are putting substances in our body that are completely syntheic. It's wreaking havoc on our bodies simply by using it. Treating ourselves with no regard is extremely dangerous and worst is we have loved ones who suffer because of our indifference. Spouses, children, siblings, parents all are affected by our use. I remember when I first started and I didn't take an AI regulary. I would flash on my wife and family like it was going out of style. They didn't deserve that. I would get my BP so high I would scare my wife half to death. She hated my use before I had control of all of the tools that were already at my disposal. I was stupid for so many different reasons like not spending money on ancillaries so I could buy more gear! What a joke. I didn't think of anyone but myself. When it "clicks" it really is a beautiful thing. When it all comes together from your diet to your ancillaries to your compounds to the AAS IQ. It really is awesome how you change. Your attitude is back to nromal because of the stable levels, your health almost completely gets better overnight, your gains jump through the roof and you feel confident. That's what everybody should strive for. Strive to be the best you can be at this thing.

+1 So true. I hated to spend potential gear money on AIs and PCT. Now I know that it is ALL gear.
