test flu???

So I'm on week 7 of my test e run and my injection day was Monday and on Tuesday night I began to run a fever. It was 101 and on Wednesday it jumped to 102 although Wednesday morning it was 99 and I actually felt pretty good in the morning until evening came around. Was wondering if anyone has had this happen mid cycle? I've read that test flu is possible in the beginning but I'm mid cycle. It's lasted 2 days and ibuprofen is the only thing that helps. My head kills when I cough. Feeling miserable. Taking multi's and drinking lots of fluids. Any thoughts?

Thought that's what I had turns out it was viral. Everybody is different. Have to end my cycle due toit
It might not affect everyone but it's real. Only happens to me with t-prop and yes, even mid-cycle
