test E/tren E/anavar cycle?

ad

I've been running test e 250 mg a week for the last 5 months or so. TRT dose.
I want to use tren e with it. How much is a decent dose? I've heard a 1-2 ratio works best?
also I have some anavars I could use. I'm trying to get lean while maintaining muscle mass.
any help is appreciated. I;ve done 2 other low-dose cycles and realized that in being diagnosed with low T at 16, I should stay on a low dose of 250mg a week.
I am 38 y/o, 5'8", 260 lbs and around 22%bf.
I was always chubby because of having low T. never could get good results despite my regular workouts. I blame the low T because NOW I can build muscle.
Bench 315
Squat 405
DL 500
and I stopped myself from continuing lifting heavy, switching over to endurance workouts to return to active MMA training, which I'd ceased due to injury and gained around 100 lbs due to immobility.
gotta shed this f**king fat.

Lets have a self-pic posted then i can see what i am dealing with here............. pointless arguing in this thread when i can tell you in 3 seconds whats up after i see your physique.

wolfman76's picture

thanks Carlos that is some sound advice. It's actually what I've been doing at a local park for the last 2 weeks: intervals in various forms like burpees and wind sprints, mixed in with Hindu squats, hindu pushups and back bridges, along with some ab/core work as well.
its working actually today I saw a difference in the mirror.

Tren is not the answer, diet and cardio is. And you should get blood work asap, there's all kinds of shit that can go wrong doing what you're doing. 250mgs a week is a cycle dose and it will most likely put your test levels double the normal range. And bloods will also show if maybe you have a thyroid issue going on and that's why you've gained weight. But I doubt that, but the blood work will still show. This is a bad idea man I don't even know what to tell you to do besides get bloods.

Roid Noid's picture

im not sure why everyone thinks tren sheds fat, sure doesnt for me. its not the kind of compound you should be considering if you want to go back to MMA. theres no cardio benefits from it at all, matter of fact it tanks my cardio.

we need to know what the deal is with this TRT thing before giving cycling advice.

Id also like to hear about your diet.

and we need cycle history

White Bolt's picture

agreed, it doesn't shed fat, but even if you are "fat" it'll harden you up real good to make you appear leaner and more vascular...

but i will have to say if given the right "diet" (intermittent fasting, fasted workouts, cutting carbs, and eating under maintenance) tren will work wonders on fat loss... but not if you're eating like a piglet

wolfman76's picture

I heard it does shed fat
?
I'm not going to do any fight training til I'm leaner, Im only doing interval cardio and bodyweight exercises the Matt Furey method of hindu squats/pushups and back bridges

My doctor couldnt figure out why I wasnt hitting puberty and I had alot of bloodwork done in my teenage years, even an ultrasound on my balls. I never really even hit puberty and most of my life I've been a mental trainwreck because of by lack of development. I had depression, anxiety, moodiness and even though I worked hard at the gym never saw any results. The reason I studied exercise science is because I wanted to know why my body wouldnt respond to the stimulus I was gving it. My friends saw results from our workouts but I never really did until I was 34 and did my first run with deca and anavar. my brain grew (theres bumps on my skull that werent there before) by voice deepened, I got hairier, my balls grew, my muscles grew and I was far less moody and womanish. Even now I started with test e 250mg a week in October 2013 and it's really changing me for the better. My self esteem is good enough that I actually like interacting with people (especially women) and fir the first time ever I actually want to persue women sexually. I feel comfortable in my own skin and about my place in the world and yes my muscles are growing...all due to my 250mg a week pinning.

steroids are for when you get to a place in training where you cant grow anymore, this is after your diet is good, training is solid and on a consistent basis, and you have many years in a GYM, not a park! It costs a lot of money to just eat properly, which is the first thing you need to address. then there is supplements, vitamins, gym memberships, blood tests, and lastly steroids. your entire train of thought is ass backwards! Ive never heard of anybody that was successful using steroids that didnt have a job, or a means to get money, this lifestyle doesnt come cheap.

it is extremely unhealthy to cycle with high body fat.. high blood pressure, cardiac arrest, and stroke are just a few of a long list of health issues. tren is the worst possible compound you could add at this point, you are so far from tren right now I really hope that you take things a little more serious.

sure I understand you want to feel better and look better but it is not so easy as just cycle. trust I wish it was! this lifestyle, and im a recreational user, is demanding, emotionally challenging, and expensive.

dont give up, but find your answers in other things! start by posting up your diet, lets take a look at what your eating every day. theres guys on here that will dial you in and get you shedding body fat in no time. while you working on getting that blood test kill 2 birds with one stone.

wolfman76's picture

maybe I didnt say this already but I am an experienced gym rat and I've been training in MMA for around 5 years not counting Karate, and lifting around 15 years.
I am not ass backwards you are just making assumptions that I am a fat lazy noob couch potato.
I hurt my foot and shoulder really badly training in jiu jitsu
I had to stop training and lifting
I went off my test
I started gaining weight
my foot got worse
I gained more weight
etc.

Now my foot is healed and my shoulder too so I'd been lifting for the last year+. Walking and most cardio is still painful but fuck it at least I can do it now. I spent the past year+ doing heavy squats/DLs/bench and no cardio because I wanted to get really strong. When I hit my goal bench weight in May, I stopped lifting and started doing cardio and heavy bag workouts. I returned to muay Thai training.
Then I left NorCal and moved to SoCal
I am taking advantage of being unemployed and taking some time to get back in shape so I can confidently get back to work. I have an interview at UFC gym on friday.
All my life I've had low T and never seen results from my brutal workouts. I am not lazy. People used to comment and ask why I didnt look better since I trained so hard all the time.
So now I take my little shot and everything is finally OK. I can recover from my demanding workouts. I push myself as hard as I can without going overboard. I am a personal trainer actually and I am very good at my job.
This period for me has so far been the most life-changing thing I've ever been through. And I don't want to stop. Not yet. I'm going to stick with just my test so thank you for opening my eyes. I just was wondering what would happen if I took a low dose of tren E with my test.
Oh and I only train in a park because I dont have a gym membership and I'm actually loving it, not being in a gym. I've lifted enough iron for the time being. I'm doing interval work and hindu squats/hindu pushups/back bridges and other old school bodyweight stuff preached by Carl Gotch.
as far as my diet, I'm doing intermittent fasting which has worked well for me in the past. I stay a little hungry all day and eat reasonably healthy foods. Chicken, rice, veggies, eggs, milk, oatmeal, grits and yes I do eat some junk food but it's not as much as I once did (being honest) and it's gradually decreasing

Roid Noid's picture

so post up your diet plan

wolfman76's picture

basically I dont' eat anything til around 11 am. On workout days (I train on an empty stomach in the mornings) my first meal is a 700 calorie shake w/ 50 grams of whey and 77 grams carbs.
then around 2pm I have a decent lunch. yesterday was boiled potatoes/ground beef/corn and a hot dog (here comes the artillery)
then lots of water and a glass of lemonade because I felt depleted from my sprint workout. Sometimes a sugary drink really helps stop me from cramping up.
then around 5:30 I had 2 chicken breasts w/ BBQ sauce, rice, corn and a small slice of apple pie with a small scoop of ice cream (more gunfire) and a glass of milk.
then around 10:30 I was really hungry so I had some cottage cheese and almonds. I went to sleep around 11.

Roid Noid's picture

+3 for your honesty

VIKING EVOLUTION's picture

Very poor nutrition with nowhere near enough calories or complex carbs for your weight........... this in turn has put your metabolism on its ass........... you need more cals, more meals evenly spaced throughout the day with the fast stuff junked and better ingredients added to speed up your metabolism and burn the fat away naturally.

From 11.00pm until 11.00am you fasted!.... totally catabolic!... thats you're problem here bro.... expect zero changes until you get this nutrition problem nailed down.

Catalyst's picture

You can't see a problem with your diet?

Sugar / hot dogs / sugar / fats / sugar.

wolfman76's picture

of course I know I'm not"supposed" to eat hot dogs and ice cream but am I supposed to feel shitty and depleted all day? Without the fat and sugar that's how I feel. Cramp-y and fatigued

Catalyst's picture

Ok mate, cut to the chase if you want to drop your bf, you need to clean it up. If you want help with it, FR and PM me and I'll spend done time with you ok?

wolfman76's picture

ok thank you sir.

Wolf look up Dr Jason Fung on YouTube. He is the weight loss MASTER period.

You bumped a 4 year old thread to say this, to a person who hasn’t logged on since 2014!?!

Sugar / hot dogs / sugar / fats / sugar

Why am I suddenly hungry? ;-)

Catalyst's picture

I don't see Noid suggesting or even implying you're a fat lazy couch potato? Bit of a defensive reaction for a guy your age. What people are telling you is that you're BF is too high to safely cycle.

For the record I concur with what's been said.

rolltide3's picture

Bro u are 5 ft 8 260 pounds u say u are 22 percent body fat but realistically your prolly 25 ta 30 percent. U have not mentioned anything bout an ai. U are not running trt. Your estrogen is prolly thru the roof. U need blood work asap. U are playing Russian roulette with your health right now

wolfman76's picture

ok well now I know where and how to get blood work done so I will do so.
as far as AI's go I feel much less "estrogenic" when on vs when off. Crankiness, mood swings and shitty libido, not to mention being sore all the time and struggling to recover from training...I dont feel any of this any more since I started pinning

rolltide3's picture

Get bloods done asap post the results them u can get more help. Can't tell what's goin on without them

wolfman76's picture

good call

wolfman76's picture

I was diagnosed with low T at 17. during my first cycle at 34 y/o I finished puberty. I know thats odd but its true. I have a friend who takes 250 ml a week on official TRT with his doctor.
I dont know how to get bloods I am unemployed and have no insurance. I've wanted to use tren for awhile now because i am desperate to get leaner. Picture years of gym work and NO results. Thats me when I'm not on gear. what I'm doing is working but I need to kick iit into high gear, the reason Im unemployed is because Im fat. Im a personal trainer. I've never been muscular due to low T. when I was lighter I had the same body comp, just smaller. with a shirt on I looked ok enough to be busy at work with clients buying sessions but since I hurt myself and could barely walk I gained 100 lbs. Once my injury healed enough the only thing I culd do was lift heavy and thats what I did the past year or so. Now my foot is OK for muay Thai so my workouts are calisthenics and interval cardio to perpare for MMA and drop weight. Also Im doing intermittent fasting.

rolltide3's picture

I gave u a link to a private lab below it's sixty bucks the female hormone panel is what u need. I hate to be the bearer of bad news but tren and more steroids is not the answer here. It's one hundred percent diet. U don't have low t with 250 mgs of test a week. That's not an excuse here. If u aren't getting the results u want u need to reevaluate your diet and training. U have been running a mini cycle for five months bro and your still over 20 percent body fat. Sorry this isn't the answer u want but I'm telling u the truth diet diet diet

wolfman76's picture

yes I know. intermittent fasting works for me but its only been 2 weeks since I started with my cardio-only MMA training. Prior to that I was doing no cardio and only lifting heavy. I know I dont have low T anymore ur right and finally I see results from my efforts. Also thank you for that link I will look into it.
I'd heard that teen rips the fat off ya so I bought some. Im not trying to take more juice I was planning on replacing the test with tren., or maybe running half a cc of each to keep going at 250 a week. I'm happy you guys are talking with me about all this and thanks for the advice.

tzelukie's picture

Agree with tide, Get bloods, if you don't want to involve a doc post em we have some resident smart guys that can decipher whats what! TRT doseing is usually 1/2 that. 22% body fat you shouldnt be looking to gear, you should be looking at diet and training. Get bloods, shed 7% of that or so then I would be happy to give you some advice, The first piece I can give before than is forget about Tren! Do more research...Your strong as an ox, you should be able to rip that fat off with some disipline and without the most violent steroid on earth!

rolltide3's picture

Why are u on trt for its self prescribed cause docs don't do 250 mgs a week? Why don't u go get bloods asap or go see an endo and have them helpwith your trt.u have been running a mini cycle for five months with high body fat u are way more prone to sides. U need bloods done asap. What u are doin is very irresponsible and very dangerous to your health
http://www.privatemdlabs.com/index.php
This is a private lab

rolltide3's picture

Iv seen at most 200 a week. I'm sure there are trt docs that go that high but my comment was really directed at him doin this for five months without any blood work been so out of shape. It's one thing under the guidance of a doctor with bloods to make sure your healthy but the gentleman is doin nothing of the sorts

wolfman76's picture

its not like Im refusing to cooperate Im ignorant and broke. I've had no money and no heath insurance for like 3 years. its been a slow downward spiral ever since I got hurt. Ive actually had to move in with my parents because I ran out of money and owe my old landlord 2 grand. I'm scraping by selling things on ebay. I need to get leaner really fast so I can get back to my job as a trainer. I'm not qualified for anything else. Idunno I've tried lots of things and my test shot is really the only thing that makes a difference in how I look, feel and train so I've prioritized it. I agree bloodwork is a good idea but if my other hormones were all fucked up wouldn't I feel it? Like no libido, moodiness, mood swings, etc? from having high prolactin or estrogen? other than a few zits on my chest I've had no other sides.
