this stuff is really quite brilliant, it's BCAAs plus electrolytes, no sugar, no calories. Meant to be used when training on an empty stomach, or between meals to stay anabolic. I sometimes lift first thing in the AM and when I use this stuff I don't feel drained by the workout. Great product and the blueberry flavor is a nice change from the usual lemonade/fruit punch.
