Test E, Var and Ephedra?

I have never used Var beofre and wanted to know if I should throw in some Ephedra at 50mg's a day, or is the Test and Var mix good enough for fat loss effect? I know Var is not so great as an "only" so of course add some Test to that shit. My goal is to add quality LBM. This will be my second cycle. .
STATS:
Age: 23
Height: 5'9
Weight: 195
BF: 14
Eat clean as well, with a cheat day.
Last but not least should I add any other compounds?

You should NOT run ephedra at 50mg's a day! Hell no! First of all, thank you for your stats. Your diet is obviously your friend, as you know.
If you want to add ephed"rine," then there is a proper procedure for that..
It's 200mg's of caffeine per 25mg's of ephedrine. I purchase my ephedrine from walgreens, very simple. Primatene or their brand, but primatene is film coated so it goes down easier. As for caffeine, I use a stay awake pill.
I would start on one (1) pill of ephedrine (12.5mg's) and 100mg's of caffeine (1/2 of a pill of stay awake). I would up the dose to 12.5mg's in the morning and 12.5mg's 4-6 hours later as well as caffeine, respectively.
If you feel comfortable, move up to a 25mg dose in the morning, with 200mg's of caffeine. Then try 25mg's in the morning, with 200mg's of caffeine, then 12.5mg's with 100mg caffeine 4-6 hours later.
By the end, at the MOST use 25mg's of ephedrine in the morning with 200mg's of caffeine, and 25mg's of ephedrine 4-6 hours later with 200mg's of caffeine.
I wouldn't pass that bridge, ever. You will not feel the energy no where near as much after two weeks or so though, but the fat loss will STILL be there. Promise.
Cplvela0811hey Royk, thanks for the knowledge session. whats the difference between Ephedra and Ephedrine? Also the tabs that I have say 25mg of Ephedra per tab. I have been using this stuff in month on month off to give you a better understanding of how I have used it in the past. Will most deff take into consideration of the dosage splitting that your mentioning.
Try what I suggested. Ephedra is an extract, which is actually milder than ephedrine. I don't know the exact dosage ratio, but you might want to google it.
Try what I suggested, and no reason to cycle on and off. E-C stack can be used indefinitely.
