Test Cyp - Timing of Blood Work

ad

So with TRT most people have 1 injection a week on average. (some 2, some less) so bloodwork is usually pretty easy.... Have blood drawn right before you have your next weekly injection.

What are peoples idea if you are running a larger cycle or if you are splitting your injections up say over 3 injections per week. When do people prefer to get bloodwork done? or doesn't it matter at that point since the purpose of more smaller doses spread out over the week is to level your numbers?

Depends on if you want to know the peak or trough. Kind of personal preference. That is why if no one specifies on the bloods when they were drawn in relation to last shot we always ask. TRT we monitor the trough, on cycle to get a good representation I like to get an even split on the trough and peak so will try to time additional bloodwork midway between injections. Just try to be consistent if you want to compare levels and brands. Timing sust is a nightmare by the way. Lol Know your esters, that will have a big influence on your timing and levels.

I guess I am thinking in terms of needing AI. If at my trough estradoil is 50 I prob don't want to be downing any AI. however if it is 100 at the trough its prob should be considered atleast.

But if the numbers are the same at midway. AI considerations might be different.

I guess if AI is the concern then blood at the trough?

This would be for Test Cyp not Sust Smile

Estro levels determine AI usage not test levels. Estro doesn't wildly fluctuate like test does, it is not so cut and dry like that. If it is high is it going to be high whether your test is in peak or trough. Estro is way more complicated with a multitude of factors affecting it and deactivation is very different than test cleavage rates and half-lives. Stop taking all test and your estro will be elevated for a much longer time even while your test may be bottoming out.
