PCT for First Cycle

Okay,
I plan on running a 10 week cycle of Test 400 at 400mg/week in several months and I'm trying to get the gear together. This is going to be my first cycle and I wanted to make sure I have it right. So for the PCT, would novaladex run at 20mg/day for 30 days a week after my last injection be the best thing to do?

Go to the top of the source review board and put an order in with one of the reputable sources, and see how that works out for you man!
+there are many diferent ways to run nolvadex and clomid in pct. the way i run it, and ive been using this way for years is like this:
nolva-60mgs the 1st day, 40mgs days 2-11, 20mgs days 12-21.
clomid- 300mgs the 1st day, 150mgs days 2-11, 50mgs days 12-21.
pct will start 3 weeks after last injection if using longer esters, such as enanthate or cypionate. there are other ways of running these meds, but the only thing that changes are the doses.
Where would you guys recommend getting test e from if I were to try and get it online?
Awesome I dont have anything yet but I did alittle more research into test e and your right that seems like a better route to take. So im looking at 2 injections a week of test e 250 on sunday mornings and wedsday nights. And for PCT run novaladex, because I already have that, 2 weeks after the last shot.

I agree with das on this one Test E or C on the first go around pinning twice a week, it will keep your blood androgen levels stable. rather than the test 400, which is most likely a blend of several different types test.
Pct: clomid 100/100/100/50..or Nolva 40/40/20/20
and Aromasin at 25/25/25/25.. I also us aromasin during cycle at 12.5 mg daily
