Well as I begin my research on the use of steroids, I find it fascinating; it's a science. I just would like some help in possibly creating a cycle fit for a athlete. I am currently a trainer, but somehow I avoided education on steroids thru ought my career. I am currently training a young man who has made it apparent to me he is going to take steroids for a edge, no matter the costs. As his trainer and friend, I find it slightly unethical of myself to help him gain a edge that most other athletes do not have, but I would like to help him avoid long term damage he could cause to himself... His mind will not be changed. So I will help him do them for safeties sake.
Stats-
Weight: 200
Height: 6 "2
BF%: 13
Sports: football, shot put and discus.
Age: 21 (junior year D2)
Goals: a 2 month bulking session for increased weight and size, followed by a slightly longer cutting session, to achieved desired 10% body fat.
Position: shotput-glide football-line backer

When I was doing my research I noticed how people would ask the pros questions with specifications, I hope you respect the time I spent on the specifics.

PS: PLEASE nothing that will stay in the system longer than 3-5 months

As a trainer, it's not your job to come up with his drug protocols. Actually, it's unethical of you, considering your lack of expertise in the area. Tell him if he's going to, do his own research on it and make the choice himself. Don't involve yourself in illegal activities. And lol at running long eater test for tested athletes.. No one does that. So don't even think about recommending it its a terrible idea.

if your gonna get tested DONT DO STEROIDS! very common to order one thing and get something else in a bottle thats says what it isnt, very common to get blends thats arent supposed to be blends. not to mention the actual times listed on the internet are not exactly accurate, and depending upon your body, water intake, length of cycle, dosage, cardio, many things to consider its just not worth it unless you really know what your doing.

Too young. As his trainer that's the only responsible thing you should tell him. There's plenty of reading material on "why 21 is too young", maybe that's something you can look into with him.

Well I have ran into a lot of these younger athletes who by no means can you change their mind, so that being said you dont want the kid to mess his natural test production up for life. There is a lot of info on beginner cycles on here. As everyone will tell you make sure your first cycle is a test only cycle, Using a slower ester, Cypionate or Enathate, 500mg a week split into 2 injections mon, thurs for example. Make sure he has an AI, on hand and begins taking the AI week 3. Either Aromasin or Adex, With aromasin I like 6.5 mg every day, Adex I go with .5 Every 3 days. With proper nutrition and training on a first 10 week cycle he can expect to see gains anywhere from 15-25lbs. As for a cutting cycle after that, If he keeps his diet on track that will not be necessary. Dont want to introduce anything other then test to his system for the first couple cycles, A bit of honesty, He really is too young but as you said if his mind is set just make sure he gets all the information he can.

Thank you for the honest reply, he went to the doctor the other day to have his growth plates x-rayed... They are still open, but I guess he can kiss that possible extra inch goodbye. So I'm not sure the phrase for it, I guess I will call it "linking" cycles. How many weeks of PCT should he do before starting a new cycle? I read that clomid is the correct substance to use for PCT. I have done research on gyno... But I there are so many ways to reduce it, I just don't understand how they tie into the cycles.

He was a phenominal athlete started his freshman year, but a injury caused him to lose everything, he says he feels like a highschooler again... So in a way I understand his decision.
